i did it on the ice my car on satnav doesnt go higher than 110mph its a jap import... but when i put the foot down on the ice the speedo went all the way up to 140mph++ just a weird car ha

i cant get over 110mph though when driving the car

hi guys recently i asked about my car being limited to 110 mph as it wont go higher than that when on the open road... the other day i put the foot down in an open space and the speedo hit 240kmh wich obviously would be higher than 110mph any ideas what the idea is with this?

im not getting after i saw the engine etc i was just askin what you guys thought of it

what is the best fuel type in your view for the 300zx tt ?

i know this looks like its just an idea but its been in planning for a year to go ahead in 2012 and has had a lot of plannign and desgins etc

exactly a dyno would be essential... the plan was to remove the engine from the car to start a ddr motorsport kit car... if the said engine actually was 650bhp it as the target power we wanted in the first place for the mclaren f1 kit car. http://www.ddrmotorsport.com/sp4.php if the car had 650bhp it would weigh in at just over 600bhp per tone so 1. look like a mclaren f1 but 2. be just about the same power at a tiny fraction of the cost.... was looking at spending 30k on the whole car to be finished but this zx engine came up so thought could get that n put it in

well we chucked the bid on as it was cash on collection and intended on a dyno run and full test before paying..... apparently accoring to some companies iv seen they say larger injectors and changing the boost will easily take the car to 500bhp... and these guys have multi millions of feedback on ebay..? god knows these days

Hi there iv been watching this link on ebay and even chucked 5k on it knowing i wouldnt win,, anyone know this car and from the list of mods think it be able to be the claimed 800bhp ? however i have reset my ecu and no change on the turbo pressure... im guessing it should go up to +7?? how do i stop this safety mode just unplug my 02 sensors?

dusnt go above 3 quarters but i thought this was normal.... and smells of fuel

i knew from the word go it wouldnt be good on fuel but the 350z is a bigger engine and done a hell of a lot of miles at higher speeds... i done 50 miles with that 40 quid only booting it a couple of times and ran out this afternoon.. not on 02 sensors and safety mode how do i check this? without this conzult thing

Anyone on here ever done one of these to there z? if so did they notice any lack in power throttle response etc? only reason im asking is i did a 230mile trip in the 350z on just under 40 quid of tesco 99 th other day, a good few times havin the car booted up to over 100mph ( most of the trip was motorway cruise control tho ) now im back in the 300zx tt and the car died on fuel on the way to the petrol station so i filled up £40 in it and got just under a half tank... iv now done 40 miles and its just under a quarter tank ( only 2 miles if that have been full throttle ) all driving bar the full throttle has been around town in drive mode on A/T with overdrive on,.. any advice on fuel save with these ? i luv this car but iv had a 5.5 litre supercharged merc and it wasnt that heavy on fuel

iv not flushed it yet but im sure its got 15w 40w semi synthetic in it just now but il be doing it next week

ah i cleaned mine also... looked relatively new though. there was another sensor next to it wich i broke but rewired as it was loose so heres hoping itl be better
