Hi Craig, How did the manual conversion go?? Well i hope. Did you sell the auto gearbox that you had? I've only just seen your reply. If i can't get hold of a replacement gearbox very soon then i'm going to go for the conversion myself. Cheers

Cheers guys, I think i'll have a look at the autobox diagnostics first and then depending on the outcome look to contact one of the recommends above. Must admit a manual convesrion is something that i'm keen to do eventually but didn't want to do yet, but we'll see. Cheers again. J.

I am really struggling to get someone to have a look at my ZX gearbox. I have a 1993 twin turbo automatic and my gearbox seem buggered. I don't know a lot about cars so I am in desperate need of a decent garage to look at my gearbox and give me sound advice regarding getting the issue fixed or replacement gearbox sourced and fitted. My Questions to you guys: 1. for a replacement used gearbox and fitted - how much should i expect to pay? 2. I live in the North West nr Warrington, does anyone know of a reasonable place to take my car to be looked at - I am desperate as no one seems to want to look at a 300zx. Many Thanks Jeff
