I'm looking to upgrade my smics and I wanted to know if anyone is using the following or which of the following are better, pros cons etc. Im not looking for 600+bhp. The smic is the last thing I need (I think) as I have bigger injectors and a remap. If I can get 500 or around that number I'm good. Its been so long that I've almost forgotten how to use this!! Either its old age or my youth catching up to me!! haha How's everyone doing? All good I hope. Just a little update for the curious, the zx has had a full body make over. Decided to stick to the original color and parts. Next stop is the garage to fix the transmission or whatever is wrong with it and a set of new wheels. Hoping to enjoy if for this summer or two and possibly try and make an event :balloon: I do need a quarter glass and rear glass so if anyone has or knows someone please let me know. Thanks

under the compatibility checker its not compatible but in the description for compatible vehicles its listed. so not sure

I know I've been fasting for the past month but I doubt I was pressing anything other then the clutch!! lol bleed it over, twice clutch master was recently changed clutch pedal would need adjusting if it worked. just goes straight down. doubt fork and plate broke, hope not!!

Can anyone shed any light as to what the cause may be for my clutch now working? can't engage gears while running when pressing the clutch. feels like there is nothing there. need it working so body shop can move the car to start the work. #confused :death:

Yup was running fine. Body work just needed doing. Doubt they had the jack that far in. Never come across an issue like this. I think the tranny is shot but where the car is now he thinks its the slave cylinder .

Hello, hello everyone. I trust everyone is doing well and enjoying the weather :D I haven't been active online as much, just been busy with work and other commitments and other life responsibilities haha. Cant remember when was the last time I posted anything!! Over all I've been ok. On the other hand my poor z hasn't had such a good time. A while back someone decided to help themselves to my alloys, stereo and subwoofer. They smashed both left side windows and the rear glass. The same was done with another two of my cars. This all happened when I was away in the states. I was renting a yard and left it with a family member as he was going to be using it also. :thumbdown: Long story short I lost 2 cars and a z with more work to be done. When I was told about it I had some wheels sourced and towed the z to a garage. It's been parked there for quite some time now. I spent the good part of this saturday checking for faults and what I've found are. *clutch does not engage *hard to put into 5th and reverse gear (engine off) *hissing sound form ignition coil 2 *suspected leak from rocker cover n.s Ive bled to clutch and still nothing. From the bottom. Do I need to replace the slave cylinder or is there something else? It goes into gear when the car is off. Pressing the clutch does nothing with engine on or off. This is the main concern. Secondly the transmission. This problem has occurred after the smash and grab. The z was on its frame. Im not sure how they managed to get the jack out with no rims on the car. I'm sure this has caused the issues with the transmission and clutch and now I need to get it back to glory. She starts and everything seems to be working but can't be certain until I start driving it. Any advice and help will be much appreciated. Thank you.

Looking to upgrade the xnavi system in the Elgrand and Ive been looking at 7'' double din stereos. Came across a Pumkin stereo 1080p etc but wasn't sold on it as there wasn't much info on it. However having come across this, I'm thinking maybe this is the better pick. So far all the newer stereos I've looked at are basically overpriced and it just mirrors whats on your smart phone, why pay a few hundred and still have to use your phone? Pioneer have what I would prefer but at £800 I cant justify it. Navigation is what I really want followed by the ability to play movies either by sd, usb, hdd or dvd and bluetooth. Everything else on it is a bonus. With a nice 10.1'' screen I think it's pretty worth it as it does what I really want and more. The obd2 is a neat feature also. Seen a video of a similar kind in action and for a generic make it looked damn good. So does anyone have one fitted in their car or used one? Generic android does it all stereo? Hows everyone and their motors doing? It's been a while so as I'm back I figure a hello is in order! HELLO :balloon: Spent some time back in the states and came back to a nice surprise holiday to Morocco. Already miss the sunny skies of the states and enjoying the wet summer of uk hahaha.
