i appreciate that bud.thats why im asking coz alot of ppl have both n/a and tt.. i ken the tt has more power but theres more that can go wrong such as turbo problems and the hicas can go dodgy i understand that cars this age can and will go wrong im just wanting pros and cons of owning a tt rather N/A

right i got a wee problem with vibration from the middle to back of the car..i took some advice from a local mecanic..i said to him i thought id might be the center prop bearing after reading a few other similar topics..anyhoo he told me to drive to the speed the vibration happens the knock it into nuetrall and see if it still happens if it stops then its not the bearing.. tryed this today and the vibs never stoped.. everything seams to be in order with the rear end tyres good allignment/balencing good..bushes are ok and everythings tightend up what do you think?

was toying with that idea iv done a few engines swaps before but they were four bangers not sure how harder/easiers the v6 would be.and costs aswell if i was going that rought id have to know the engine was solid and not a ebay banger for 300 quid or something + time will be sort coz of work..

dunno what to do
since im starting a new job my weekly income is going up quite a bit i dunno what to do im getting quite attached to the N/A but should i spend some money on it or sell up and get a TT..if i was going for a tt it have to be a manual(sorry lee) any opinions bear in mind the insurance on the NA right now is fantastic and with fuell prices being what they are im in two minds plus it have to be the right tt not just any old shoe quite fance the swb tt

definetly m8 iv had to train with a few guys that are bigger than me(im not that small)and if you get the technique right they drop like a bag of tatties not to mention the pain they cry out in aswell...been in that situation myself in practice going against somone half your wieght and they just drop you with a shuffle of theyr feet...honestly its the most complete fighting style i done 4 year of maui thai and thought i hadan advantage...how wrong i was..got put on my rear end on the first day by beth(instructor) she asked me to tie her up and do the usual thai boxing thing..withing 2 seconds i was on the ground with my arms in position i didnt think posible and pressure points getting poked...sore as f00k..anyway abit of digression there..just wish i had the chance to go to japan and train with him

im gutted that this years seminar wont be giong ahead because...well you know he is amazing our instructor beth has traine with him a couple of times her words are no video does justice to how well he can trick you into situations...not bad for somone thats 86 years old

inot really intresting but i put the H22 jdm with allot of upgrades into an 1.8 accord and kept the 1.8 badge on it funny as f00k 230bhp from a so calld 1.8..turned like a confued college kiid

av heard from one of the three guys i was bunking with from a seminar a while back..id like to say he's okay but his parents home is wrecked...homeless prtty much still waiting to here from the other too wish i could go over and help somehow am gutted for everyone overtheyr..if it happend here i dont think we;d be so dignified about it

get some axle stands..unless u need to change other parts just get it on stands and change the box only pul the engine if your gonna change sealls or parts the are inaccecible otherwise
