you changed those split throttle body pipes yet, you also need to give it a good service, ie oil and filter, petrol filter, ALL the plugs and also clean all the connectors you can find

First time buyers' mortgage......
i have no intentions of moving i love it where i live, but its good to know that im always going to be in posotive equity
-
First time buyers' mortgage......
doesnt have to be structural to save money, i got a semi detached house on a council estate (but surrounded by private homes) for 73000, it needs a lot of interior work like rewire, heating skimming of the walls new doors and so on, but the outside is and strucural is fine, and ive seen the same house round the corner from me go for just under the 100k mark and it wasnt even done to a high standard like mine will be when done and ive also scored cause the two schools on the estate (just up the road from my house) have been voted the best primary schools again, and young familys are snapping the houses up to get the kids in these schools (ching ching)

First time buyers' mortgage......
if you are handy you could do what im doing buy a house that needs a lot of work doing (and get it cheap) that way when its done its worth a lot more
-
First time buyers' mortgage......
try getting a flat, maybe cheaper, but be carefull if buying a flat from the council, cause if there is still council tennants in thge council are still obliged to keep up the maintinence on the outside of the property, so they do all the repairs and you get a huge bill for your part in the repairs
-
First time buyers' mortgage......
my motgage repayment on a 79000 loan is 480 a month and that is with insurance that is one tip i can give you get insured upto the hilt
-
First time buyers' mortgage......
go and see a mortgage adviser, thats what i did and i was on the ladder in no time and only cost me about a grand in fees, you may not get a mortgage for that much depending on your circumstances me and our lass was bringing in 30 grand between us and we only managed to get a moprtgage of about 97000 (not that i needed that much) remeber if you get a lodger to get them on a six month short hold tenancy otherwise you will never be able to get them out of your house

any one crashed their zed????
not only do we get threatend with bans and ignored when we post things that others dont like, but we now get threatend with a posse and get told that we will be beaten up for it too granted a little thought could ahve been put into the first post but a little thought could have been put into the replys too anyhoos, some uninsured driver reversed into me a few months back apperently he didnt see me or hear the horn on my car, and not to mention that its one of the loudest cars on my estate this is the result

Is teh Z32 a true Supercar.
i my eyes a super car in your eyes you can think whatever you want i dont give a fook a car can be what ever you think it to be, one critic likes it one doesnt its up to you as an individual to decide like the veryon a true supercar? for me its not cause couldnt afford to race about in it (never mind buy one) in roman abromoviches case, probably yes cause he could afford to race about in it and if there was something he didnt like about it he would buy the VAG and get the desingers to change things on it so i dont think this poll really will "end once and for all", cause some think yes and some think no
