isnt nissan here in sunderland one of the most productive car plants in europe i trhink that hasomething going for it

i wasnt funny, i was a bit dull

i was bullied, never had any friends for about 3 years then i discovered self defence, and that big wooden sticks hurt like hell, especially when repeatedly bashed over a fat bullying ****ers head i remind him of the time he pissed him self when i tried to beat his eye out of his head, fookin class

PMSL, took some doing but hey im always looking for an excuse to have a drink and not feel guilty maybe this is it, note to self...........must drink more to make craig david from the internet feel better ............note stored in my phone lol

ive actaully cut it down immensely, but i do knock it back at weekends or partys, but only have a couple during the week if ive had a hard day but do see where you are coming from, must get back to the gym, but work on cardiovasculor rather than lifting weights and body building

fookin ell, isnt there just one button that i could press that does it all for me lol

yeah its like the time i went too the docs at short notice for a check up, they said if you could be here in twenty mins they could fit me in, so i dashed around like crazy and got there, they took my blood pressure and it was sky high :rolleyes: what did they expect its usually a twenty min drive just to get there lol

been to the docs today, ive been having pains in my chest and getting palpatations gotta go next week for a heart trace, she says its nowt to worry about as everything is beating as it should be, but since there is heart disease in the family id be better off getting it checked out also ive had a viral infection on my chest for weeks, which in typical fashion wasnt evident when at the docs :mac1: so ive got to get that checked out again also strange thing is she turned round and said "do you think an inhaler would help", how the fook should i know im a plumber not a doctor lol so thats where i stand with my health at the moment, anyone know what a heart trace consists of

not a bad choice then, i dont have any bad comments about them lol

oh yes, cant wait for the finished job ;)

not sure bud, but they are light weight, i may have read somewqhere that a rota rim was about 5kg does that sound about right
