not being cheeky, but i wouldnt have even thought 20k is enough for this car, im sure there is well in the region of 70k spent on this car, if not more

once marked, which took about 10 mins, i took approx three hours to cut and weld the arches, unfortunately because i was in a hurry to do this i couldnt take step by step pics but i will try and sort something out later, its a piece off piss to cut and weld them, we even used a grinder instead of a air hacksaw the arches are being put on by someone who has done this a few times, im merely helping in that deparment, although im going to have a go at fitting the rear bumper myself

maybe it wasnt a cop car, or the fact that you were in a volvo-they may have thopught you were one of them lol :tongue: lucky escape though bud :smash:

i think with all the stuff thtas gone on lately and the fact that its cracking the pavement weather, im not suprised that its quiet

top work bud, but im ok on the help side, peter from pps is coming round to fit my arches, and ive gone for the stroseck rear bumper cheers anyway though bud

£20 in mine lasts me about 56 mile

well im going to the nissan one unfortunately, maybe next time bud

bottom straps were the easiest, it was all the little bolts along the inside of the boot, some were rusted, had to take a hammer and chisel to them lol

everyone that has walked past my car has stopped and stared with a puzzled look on their faces lol

i know you were bud, it does look better in the flesh (or metal lol) than it does in the pics :smash: :dance: i think ive earned myself an unhealthy stella, and a frey bentos pie with taty's, peas, carrots and gravy....bit or a random sentence, but what the hey....

the arches will be on tomorrow, wont be filled or smoothed for a week or so though we did it with a grinder, no fannying about with air hacksaws (only cause it didnt fit my compressor lol)

its all beem undersealed, thats why it looks rough lol

got the spoiler, wiper, and ariel out today, gonna cut the arches and get them welded up tomorrow, then remove the rear bumper on thursday ready for the arch guru to work his magic on them on thursday afternoon

i think its the stella that put most of the weight on me, as i eat quite healthily anyway (about 4-5 cans a night)

ourlass took that cash straight off me, and i think i swallowed about half a gallon of old persons p1ss lol you got the wheels on yet

aas part of my new healthy life style, ive decided i need lots of excercise, so i went swimming this morning i did about 12 lengths (im a begginer lol) and bearing in mind the only excercise ive had for about the last 6 years is running across the road for a taxi to take me to the pub i must say i did better than i thought i would have, and i know im going to ache in the morning, but i feel better in myself already im also off the beer, only drink at weekends (in moderation) , im also eating a lot healthier aswell, so no more chicago town beef chilli wraps for breakfast lol just thought i would let ya's all know how im doing, im quite proud of myself so now im off outside to strip all the panels off the insied of my boot, ready for the master of wide arches to weave his magic :dance:
