the key can only be removed from the door when its locked, when unlocked it wont turn enough for the key to be removed, needs a qauter of a turn more but its wont turn anymore any ideas or is it a new lock?

sorry to hear this jeff, im a dog lover and some know and i miss riddick while im at work, cant imagine how you must feel shells mam had to have her german shepard down yesterday as she was really bad, what made it worse is that it was a dog that her dad got and he loved it, he passed away some time ago and it was like the last link to him very sad times
