i actually feel crap i the morn due to a bad neck, but im not feeling as bad as i usually do lol p.s, no booze for me tonite, up early in morn for some pres ups, situps then fit me plastic ceiling in me bathroom and lay a few pipes will be having a good drink tomorrow though wuwhoooo

once i get my bike repaired i will be out on it every night, stoopid gears have stopped working and jumping all over but i cant seem to adjust it right lol

i used to love going to the gym, but itgot full of knobs wanting to stand about bragging about how hard they are and who they have clipped last weekend

have been excercising a lot lately and have cut the beer down to one night a week (although i consume a weeks worth in one go lol) and have changed my diet yet again, been excercising for about 2 months now and have lost a bit of weight, i feel much happier and have loads more energy am loving this new lifestyle, gonna start on my bike next and start cycling further, the jogging is killing my legs lol, hopefully i can start and cycle to work and back soon so its a woot woot from me lol will be in a mood and drinking tomorrow if the bank says no lol:rofl::rofl:

cool as fook, i have just bought one, love it im sick of tin openers breaking in my house so thought i wold buy one of these, they also leave a smooth cut so no slashing ya fingers off lol problem is i have about 4 tins of food open as i wanted to try it, looks like chili, hotdogs, meatballs and ravioli for tea tomorrow lol

i remember when we used to do a lot of plumbing we used to always tell ur customers to try their heating systems a month or so before the coldweather set in, that way if something didnt work (sometimes things seize) you wouldnt be left in the cold for days waiting for an enigineer to come out and carry out any repairs, also gives you time to save up for any repairs that ,ay need dong if you are short of cash also it would give you time to join the gas board plans that are run by british gas that are only a few quid a week and will cover costs of quite a few hundred pounds, cheap way of repairing ya central heating system if its gone wrong so get it fired up for an hour and make sure all rads get warm before it gets cold
