well i for one think this thread is bang out of order, the first time i ever used a pc was to gain access to this forum, i had never been on a forum before and had no clue on how to use them, if i had seen this post i probabaly would have thought that i wasnt welcome and would have left im not sure what gives you the right to post this thread and basicaly mouth off to all new members, it gives totally the wrong impression of this forum, i will be discussing it n the mod forum and it will prob be deleted as it gives off the impression of what this club is about

a nice long slow walk is good for them, riddick is a very athletic dog, he is built more like a large boxer than a mastiff was out for about half hour

there is nowt worse than out of controll dogs, it annoys me when they have yappy little things running around off the leads and the owners shout "its ok, it only wants to play", so does riddick but at around 9 stone his play is a lot rougher lol

just been for a nice long walk in the countryside with riddick, right along the old train lines, this weather is great for a walking a dog for a few reasons, its cool for the dog so you can go further, its cool for me so i dont sweat lol and best of all-the part time dog walkers aint about, because its not red hot you aint got the idiots walking about with vests on or tops off and in shorts walking dogs with full coats miles and miles in redhot sunny weather, they aint got dogs off leads running about and running up to riddick annoying both me and the dog, its nce and peacefull and its the best time of year for walking the dog just thought i would share that as i feel all healthy and happy after my long walk

ourlasses mate leanne has a mortgage on a flat with her ex (not married), they have split up a while back (last may i believe) and they rented the flat out to pay the bills, he moved out and she moved out, leanne has since moved back in for a few months as the tenant moved out, the ex hasnt payed any bills and hasnt payed the mortgage since the split, he has told her he wont sell it and wants her to pay half the mortgage and he move into it, he has also get a lot of debt in his name at that address since moving out now where would leanne stand on ownership of the house, she just wants to sell and go halfs on any debt on the mortgage that is left after the sale but he says she cant do that as he wont allow it, before she goes to a costly solicitor does anyone have any advice for her as it is really getting her down and she has about £130 left out of her monthly wage and its really skinting her
