i would imagine they dont give out specifics for a reason (so they cant be copied) i wouldnt know how to test them to be honest but if they are to be sold i would imagine (due to the legal possibilities) they would need vigoruos testing building a caliper bracket for yourself to use should be fine, it will prob hold ok, but to offer them to public then its a whole different kettle of fish not trying to knock what you have done for the club, its a great thing, just trying to say what could happen if the worse happens how about just offering the club the dimensions of the bracketso they could have their own made???

personally unless they have been tested then i wouldnt offer them to anymore members, they may be ok, im not an engineer, but to be on the safe side and maybe to keep yourself out of trouble then i would deffo not offer to anyone i know of a caliper that was ripped off its mount (rear caliper on a 300zx) and shoot through the rear wheel at a very high speed just be carefull mate

it looks terrible as the bonnet is up and the light is missing, the passenger wing (if you wished) would repair

without sounding cheeky, if you aint repaired cars before then looks csan be decieving, a lot of that is just bolt on panels, there is no chassis damage and i priced up most of the parts that i could see and i reckon i would have it on the road for £1500, that would mean a late 2002 early 2003 m3 (worth about 14-15k straight) on the road for under 10k, would sell all day at 11-12k repaired

well i missed out, was bidding on an m3 salvage, gad the higest bid till 1 mijn from end of auction and someone outbid me and it kept adding time to the auction nearly had it for £7300 but went for £7850 in the end
