  1. Ouch!!! Shoe string budget would give me more money to throw at it then I have but can't help myself so work in prgress!! was a cheap car when I bought her and, was bought as a hobbie. all hobbies cost money haha Hope you get yours going again soon bud, have mine for about 2 years now and it been on the road for about 3 months out of that:headvswal
  2. Got an engine from none specialist breaker so going to drop that in. also doing the manual conversion at the same time. Fingers crossed the engine will run after all this haha, did come with 3 months warranty. when I get back home will carry on trying to remove the auto spigot bearing!! Stone the crows that is in there!!!
  3. Hi I'm not too sure about the ECU codes, But my N/A just stopped one day would turn over but no go. have you got a Mk1 or Mk2 PTU?? if Mk1 think they are bit notorious for going wrong. I cut mine open with a dremil like device and fixed a broken wire in side. All worked and she ran as good as new, well till I had the head gasket go!! dogh hope this helps, and there is a how to somewhere online.
