  1. What you saying stranger?? A out time you popped round for a cup of tea... Willo
  2. The whole reason behind getting it was some cheap summer fun for me and my son! Roof off, tunes on! You know the score! lol. But I was only banking on doing the turbos and then nothing else. The bottom end has to be honest, pissed me off and just looking at the car makes me want to punch myself in the eye. If it doesn't sell on ebay I will fix it and drive it but i'd prefer just to get it gone. Ive got a track car that needs work ready for the ring in August so could do with the money aswell! Just spent £800 on two turbo's!!!
  3. No point in messing anyone about. It just wastes my time and everyone elses. Fed up of people, mainly foreigners, asking whats my best price. Then asking how to fix a bottom end!! I hate Ebay with a passion! lol.
  4. I've re-read my original post and I haven't made it sound like anyone to blame have I?? I have nothing but praise for the guy that replaced the turbos! Become a good friend now aswell!
  5. No! Not at all. Well, yes actually! The guy I bought the car from. He drove round for 3 months with a knackered n/s turbo and as soon as it got sorted and I gave it beans down the ringroad, it went! So yeah I blame him! It must have ran so low on oil.
  6. I had two turbos fitted by a highly recomended member on here (£££'s!), drove round in it for 2 days and guess what..... (Fcuking cars!!!!) Its now going as spares/repairs. Gutted isn't the word. Just sold the Regamasters and its just a sorry looking standard car with a tapping engine. Pissed me right off! lol. **edited** registered users are not allowed to sell on the forum
  7. I joined this forum after a member of another club I belong to recomended it to me. I was needing a clued up Z Mechanic to look at my newly aquired car as it was running like a bag of spanners and smoking more than Dierdre Barlow! So, after a quick post on here, Jimmer was recomended to me by your good selves and I sent him an email. Well, that was about 6 weeks ago now and He managed to fit me in last week. Two new turbos, Oil and filter change, 10 new loom plugs and a good check over saw me driving away a very VERY happy bunny!!! So I wanted to put this up to say thanks to the members on here and a HUGE thanks to Jimmer for fixing the car! Don't want to sell it now! hahaha!! Dan.
  8. FLOL!! Not too stereo typical then!

  11. I've posted this on http://www.cliosport.net as there are a shit load of Bristol members. Hope you get them back mate. I ****ing despise thieves. :(
  12. I'm not really sure what that means, but yes, its booked in with him.
  13. I once shouted at a lady for parking so close to my van that I couldn't open the door. It wasn't my van. Mine was parked two rows down.
  14. Got Jimmer from this forum fitting two secondhand turbos, and a thorough check over then its off for an MOT, then its down to the bodyshop to get the front end blown over as it covered in stone chips. Then enjoy it for the summer! :D Then sell it (hopefully) about September time.
