You car you are breaking. What is the spoiler you have moulded in to the rear tailgate... I really like it. Subtle and nearly stock looking.

Decat Pipes. Will these fit....
The wifes Zed needs new cat pipes (Old ones rusted through) so to give a bit more response and maybe break an exhaust note that can be heard we are looking at replacement pipes. Im looking at these http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/90-96-NISSAN-300ZX-Z32-CAT-DECAT-DOWNPIPE-EXHAUST-/350350386548?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item519282a574 There is a note about a precat elbow... Can anyone confirm these will fit?? the car is 1991 H Reg TT Manual. Thanks

Help diagnosing stalling issues....
Right The first thing to let you all know is there are dump valves on the car and i dont have the original EGRs so refitting is not possible..... When the car starts it sometimes sits about 1500 RPM other times its lower. (Cold weather or Hot) The tickover seems a little irratic. if you lightly blip the throttle it sometimes sits high for a sec then settles or drops low then settles. When you brake from hard it stalls. I have tightened up the dumpvalves and it helps on the deceleration stalling but is still awful. If its stationary and you give it a 6k rev it also shows the symptoms of trying or actually stalling. I have checked the TPS? I think that what i checked on the side of the Throttle body using the checks and this is fine. I read that cleaning up the filter on the AAC can fix things? Could replacing the IAA be the issue? If so how do i know its faulty? any tests? Finally could it be a vaccum leak. Any other tips would be great. Thanks...

Just some Clarification on Front brake upgrade
You should not be kicking in the ABS if your braking well enought. TBH the only benifit on the road from the bigger brakes are the larger rotors as they just give sooo much more feel and do allow an EASIER control over not kicking in the abs. As much as the stock ones might do there job and work if right it seems to be alot of flaf to what might work/suit the driver. I will be looking at the GTR route with stock non groved disks. This should sort the lot out. for 600-800 quid its not a bad price for something that seems to just work. This is just my opinion and if the stock works for some then bonus. Still Thanks for the replies this tells me ALL i need to change over. Im on the hunt....

Just some Clarification on Front brake upgrade
Is that on larger disks? or does it use the standard disks? If so is the handbrak assembly the same. Thanks on the front. Ill start looking for some R33 gtr calipers.

Just some Clarification on Front brake upgrade
Right. First!! Thanks for the infor. So R33 brakes are the ones that are true bolt on and R24 are semi bolt on due to the bolt side. What disks do i need? are the R33's disks the same pattern? Can you put R33 rears on? Secondly, While on the debate. here is my 2pence worth... While the stock brakes may work when working well the truth is many fail, fade ETC and don't. The first question is how many runing GTR's are experiencing poor braking? Second point is that a larger rotor will always aid better braking. Tyres provide grip as said the brakes allow you to use the grip available to stop the car. If you use a small rotor the feel and control is less allowing ease of locking the brakes under heavy braking as there is a finer line between locked and not. The larger brakes gives you more control over that fine line allowing you to push the tyre limit more accuratly. This inturn helps stop you faster and reduces the likely hood of accidental lock. The third point is this of heat. If thery run cooler then they will run better. too hot and you get fade. As said new fluid and decent brake lines are a sensible option in all ways.
