anybody else had dealings with this company...??? having a right fook on with them, trying to get my lance exchanged as it wont foam properly, have stripped and cleaned it with there instructions they sent after requesting them 3 times by email. put it all back together to find its just the same, emailed them again for them to say the gauze is the problem, even though they were informed it has been cleaned properly and blown through with compressed air. Had to pay for a replacement gauze which was £8 (doesnt break the bank but not the point) paid by paypal on the 15th still waiting for the gauze 9 days later.
Then they reply to a nicely worded email i sent on the 22nd that they need to see the lance, again its me who has to pay for the postage which was another £5, they received it this morning at 1141am so I'm awaiting a reply.......:thumbdown::rant::rant::rant:
