Oh FFS! I am gutted for you mate :( :( :( your contract must be one of the best paid jobs on here, hope you sort a replacement out soon bud.
  11. I could think of people I would rather burn that Peters new shoes, can't understand why you would want a little fire down there James
  12. As above the small alloy lugs break off when you open them to take the old tank off, then crimp them down again to replace the end tank.
  13. Yes very slow this end.
  14. James the rad fitted to an auto has the gearbox oil cooler in the end tanks a manual does not have this.As long as you have an aftermarket gearbox oil cooler then you can fit a manual rad or a Koyo.
  15. Ask MJP I have bought them from him in the past, although fitting a new end tank on an old core is not a good idea as the lugs that hold it in place break off,so fit a new core. A Koyo is the way to go IMHO.
  16. Thats ok then,I thought it was mechanical for a min.
  17. No don't connect it there you wont get a proper reading, you need to connect it just before the FPR,and If it is a mechanical guage it MUST stay inside the engine bay (law).
