I am on 6 weekly cycles of chemo - though haven't had any nasty side effects, which is good. My oncologist has said I have probably got to the end of the year assuming the chemo prolongs things - so keep your fingers crossed.

I am not going to renew my subscription this year. I have had a good time over the last 7 years, but having sold my Zed due to not being able to drive anymore because of my medical condition, I have decided to let my subscription lapse. I will still be here as a registered member.

That'll be my Zed, which is currently on loan to my brother, as his car is unwell at the mo !! I can't believe I've been on here for years and never been spotted - he has it for a couple of months and gets seen !! :confused1:

It is very true you have to enjoy your life to the full. I was diagnosed with a brain tumour a year ago and you just have to carry on the best you can. Sorry to hear about your friend - RIP

South Africa - though it was our Honeymoon, Went to Mala Mala private game reserve nr the Kruger. We also stayed in Capetown, drove along the garden route and back via the wine route. It was great

For anyone else wanting one I can highly recommend the car cover (£24.99 for the large) - very good quality and good for inside and out, even though mine is going to be sitting in the garage for a while - at least it will keep all the dust and fluff off that comes out of the tumble drier !!

I'm sure once it's all done - you will fall in love with it all over again !!

As my Zed is going to be off the road for a bit I am looking for a decent soft material car cover for interior (ie garage) use, can anyone recommend one. I have tried using the search facility, but it doesn't appear to be working...:no:

You wouldn't be saying that if you had to commute to London every day !!! Luckily I haven't had to for a while, but at the moment it has taken colleagues of mine nearly 4 hours to get to work by train with all the snow !!!
