hi everyone quick question, last few days been driving my car and has started coughing when turning right, going forward and left is fine, sounds wierd, has anyone had this problem before and know how to resolve thank you for any advise in advance

mine are squeaking at moment, mine is because the shims are broken as found when painting calipers, would say for you aswell new shims and copper grease them, see if that solves squeak

thank you guys for your help, has just popped off, put it back on and tuck for quick spin and noise has gone, is wired how much sound that rubber stops and that is just normal noise it makes underneath because it is a awful noise it makes, was thinking is was a gasket or oil in gearbox or clutch going or something so glad was something quick and easy like that and not something big. With power I mentioned was doing the Speedo and put mph head unit in which didn’t work along with fuel gauge but didn’t realise with the fuel gauge as was going down until it stuck on ¼ point but I completely ran out of fuel, since then it has been coughing sometimes and little down on power but trying flushing through with red x and hopefully that will sort that out

i got a sssssssssshhhhhhhhhhing noise from under gear stick, it is making noise in all gears, worse in 2nd and 4th, seams to be down in power aswell a little bit, any ideas what it is and what i need to do to stop the noise, driving me nuts lol, thanks

just re done all seat covers in mine into leather, the pasenger and drivers are same fit covers, part from holes cut for levers on side, they are different on both seat, drivers side has more leavers

would the speed sensor work with kph and not with mph if swaping them or is there something need to do with that sensor

change the complete binnacle, yea nightmare on the 3rd, do you think would work if just swap the mph speedo itself into the kph unit, will also check the pcb see if is dry joints

am changing the dials completly, its 3rd unit now trying and just dont work in mph, my kph one works fine, just dont understand the mph dials not working, didnt know if something else need to do if putting a uk mph unit into jap kph car

hey guys, having problems, i have 1991 none turbo jap verson of car running in kph, trying to convert to mph, am on 3rd mph unit now, and all dials work apart from the spedo dial its self, any one know if im missing anything or something should be doing, the kph unit works fine, thanks

Gonzo12c, yea am definatly intrested they look sweet, doing all inside of car up at moment, they will look kwls, going for red and black interier seats and black trim and got dash lights blue and red, think these will look kwl lit up in blue, also going to look at lighting up the pods in blue and red i think lol, what is cost like on the 300zx kick plates, thanks

these look sweet in blue like pic above, where do you get a set of those that say 300zx only can find one that says nissan

mine is original grey colour at moment, cant decided yet for paint job but looking at black or red, both my fav colours got to be one of them thoe

I am having this problem too been leaking since i got it, driver side was bad and pas side little drip, keep trying to seal it, drives side lot better found the main leake but have little drips and pas side same, every time seal somewhere comes in from somewhere else, cant find now where coming in from on both sides, water test nothing comes through but when rains always comes in lol, alrady tryed sealing all these points, have idea of sealing all down so no points to slip through or buy new seals, what would you guys do if having this problem?

thank you, your a star, will keep eye on the item on ebay and hopefully if get this then dont need to mess around with convertors, just put my dial fronts on it and away i go in mph lol, thanks

hey, the lighting has worked perfect, some pics attached, the convertor from kph to mph hasnt worked wired up like said and just stopes the speedo from moving, removed it and running in kph again, also the oil psi stoped working, do you know any where where can get convertor that definatly will work, thanks

will give that a go tomorow, hope fixes the problem, thank you for your help, will post back results, just to make sure with plazma lights if i wire into 2 screws at the bottom of the dash, the plazma dash/speedo lights will work when i turn side/dip/high lights on, thanks

will be working on the car on tuesday, have wired the converter in, will take dash back apart and check the wireing to see if matching and post up the wiring diagram that folowed before too, do you think this converer should pick up that now it is the 180mph twin turbo head unit in the car and not the non turbo 120mph unit that was in originaly, from ebay item numbers, do you think all these should work ok in my car

i havent got pics at moment but things i have bought are from ebay and got ebay item numbers so can view them, the head unit is Ebay Item number: 270693950442, and the plazma dials are Ebay Item number: 250736451898, also wired on new head unit at moment is kph to mph converter which is Ebay Item number: 400060708216, the car i have is 300zx non turbo manual, import, with new head unit in the dial is running faster than speed i am doing

Thanks for your post If i go into that will the plazma lights stay on if i flick between side/dip/high lights. I had the head unit with the dial that goes to 120mph, got a new head unit, but this one has speedo dial at 180mph, put this in hoping that will work its self out but hasnt, is there anything that will convert from one to other, thanks
