Overheating and big thankyou to AndyDuff
cold pressure test the system to see if you have any external leaks best way to check if no water escaping that way try thermostat make sure the viscous fan is free when cold and gets harder to turn when up to working temp and not free wheeling. water will blow out your rad cap top your expansion bottle then over flow. thermostat or fan sound like a likely option (dose your rad start get hot when its at about 88 degrees if not definatly thermostat

Engine Coolant
blue antifreeze 3 year life and red 5 year life Which is more of a guide if coolant gose merky or looks tarnished (rusty) time to change if specific gravity is low but clean just brop some out and top up with neat to bring strenth back up it should always be 50/50 mix which protects to about -35/-40 degrees (if i remember what my tester says) and acts as a summer coolant (desperses heat better than just water) plus prevents corrosion of system all year round (corrosion is the invisable killer) to much coolant can damage the system

Engine Coolant
50/50 mate either red or blue is fine red has a longer life but the blue is cheaper

Lamda sensors
did one of mine on battery side and it was to long for my 02 sensor removal tool so i just chiseled off the ceramic top and got a 6 point socket universal joint and a big perswading bar and after a but of pressure it cam off but was very tight ( some times your lucky ) at least the new sensors have grifite grease on threads to aid removal next time will get around to doing other side in a while as its slow compaired to the new one.
