Recently got finished from work and am struggling to get the state to pay anything, I mean I've only paid tax and NI for 28 years, maybe I need to add another 6 children to the family before I can get some help.

proof of cat 1 alarm?
When I bought my CAT1 alarmed skyline, the insurance would not cover the car for theft until I supplied the CAT1 cert. The vendor did not and could not supply the certificate  . I took the car to my local automotive hi-fi alarm specialist who checked and tested the system and for the princely sum of £10 supplied me with the cert and the insurance company were happy with this :)

Thats why you wont see a Skyline\Supra\300zx etc doing well on the TOTB handling course, its as if the course has been designed to accomodate the smaller agile cars
