Hi all. JeffTT hope you don't mind me using your picture. I'm after the pin out of the circled plug on the foot well fuse box. I have sorted the fan blower and found a diaode soldered into one of the wires. that goes of to my alarm system. just trying to work out what it has been spliced in for. Gearbox / Clutch Issues
cheers for the replies everyone. clutch master and slave were removed for the car to be bled and has a one piece line. am using a TT clutch, flywheel and gearbox. unsure what oil is in it as cant remember what i put in. what would be the ideal one to use and will do a change of oil. Clutch pedal does bite low to think about it. but am going to check and adjust when weather clears. Knock sensor was an ebay one a few years ago, what resistor was it for the bypass will try that and order a new knock sensor. 1K i think ?? The clutch only seems to hold and the car move on starting, that is with my foot off the pedal. and the change of 1st to 2nd is worse when cold. thought it might be clutch not releasing fully when i goto change as if I hold the pedal down for few seconds it will then change easier. Cheers Guys Nathan

Gearbox / Clutch Issues
Hi All Been a while since i posted, My Zed is having some issues at the min. And hoping for some advice before the weather clears up and i can get into looking at it. It was an NA Auto now Manual with TT box, clutch, etc. recently it has been doing a few things. 1 I have the boosted master cylinder etc installed and adjusted for when i fitted it, If i start the car with my foot of the clutch the car tries to move even when not in gear. if i rev the engine a bit it will try to move under its own power. 2 when cold is now difficult to engage 1st to 2nd but gets better as it warms up. 3 Tps is set to .45 and when i back of the throttle it pops out of the exhausts like a race car. current Mods are stainless manifolds and divorced decats stainless all way back. Air filter K&N I dont have a consult to test on the car, but ecu test comes up with 34 knock sensor even with new knock sensor and hard wired into loom. Any help or advice would be grateful i will be doing compression test and new plugs when weather is better to see if this helps Cheers Nathan
