  1. Some can change it in a day, some 2 days. There are some real fiddly bolts to get too.

    Look in the trader section, there are Trader Garages with excellent reputations includin Topless (cant remember his garage name). Have you checked the unjector wiring also?
  3. How can it be fixed? I did know the needle when fitting my speedo rings so guess that was the cause.
  4. Was able to take my car out for a spin on Sat as it was such a nice day and as it was the final day i could go out before MOT and TAX expired :(. Hopefully she will be back on the road soon.
  5. Noticed my speedo doesnt always return to 0 when i stop, but sits at around 10mph. is this an easy fix?

  8. nah, ****ed up both my last 2 launch starts, one yesterday when i was racing a TVR booted it and waaayhaaay back all over the shop, but its all part of the fun of a zed.

  11. when my ignition fuse went the fuse looked fine, i swapped over the abs one to the ignition one and it was fine so the spotted the problem.
  12. As regard to tractor noise r u sure its the exhaust and not an injector playing up? when my injector wire broke mine sounded like a tractor or imprezza (same thing).
  13. try the ignition fuse at the back drivers side of the engine too.
  14. Driving down the dual carridgeway yesterday after fixing car, out of nowhere saw a camera van too late, not sure if i was speeding as hit brakes anyway. thing was when i got home i remembered i didnt have my front number plate fitted, so will they come after me for this?
  15. Well removed th speedo converter and took her out for a drive to see if there was any difference, expected the steering to be back to normal which it was, but what i didnt expect was my gearbox no longer thuds into gear but is smooth as silk, so im happy :)

    Well again its down to personal tastes, my decals got slayed on here but then again some of the rear spoilers ive seen on zeds are crap. If you like em get em.

  18. Im getting better, was a complete novice before i bought the zed. Have done Oil Change Install Blitz Induction Install BOV's Install WW Front Bumper Wire in DVD, TV, Snooper, GTEC Remove Speedo Converter Remove and refit rear bumper Vac hoses replacement AIV Removal I know these are basic things but its more than i have done in the past

  20. Pity for decided to ruin the mexico badge by putting it on a base model. I used to own a MK1 RS Mexico which had a 1740 burton tuned engine in, great car.
  21. I really want to build a Nismo Replica, they never made a Nismo ZX so im gonna built one. Dunno why, probally as all the other option have been dome before and im a big fan of the Nismo cars
  22. mind you 3 people (none zed owners) have told me to keep the bumper black, so some tastes are worse than mine lol
