Well, as I am self employed and reliant on driving a lot of miles to get to jobs, these protests stand to lose me a LOT of money this week (I'm talking in excess of £500:(). In turn, this could possibly mean that my bills don't get paid on time or I have to borrow some money to keep everything ticking over (which I'd then have to pay back at a poo rate). And what is this gonna achieve in the long run. Feck all I reckon. So no, I don't support the protests. I'm going to sulk now for the rest of the day. :p

Hmm, Buy-It-Now price of £11k!! I don't think so. Don't get me wrong, it's a sweet lookin' Z, but jeez, regardless of how much money he's put into it, £11k is a bit rich.

The popular idea that's been floating round our local pubs would be to boycott Esso and BP, thereby forcing them (the 2 biggest global petroleum companies) to cap/reduce their prices in order to bring trade back, subsequently forcing other companies to follow suit. This would be an easy protest for us to participate in, as I would imagine 90% of us will only use Shell Optimax anyway, but it's certainly something to consider when fuelling up.

Peach has been my nickname for 22 years. My last name is Dixon, mates at school used to call me Dixie Dean (amongst other things), then a DJ called 'Dixie Peach' presented Top of the Pops one night, someone saw it, called me Dixie Peach the next day and it stuck! I'm known as Peach to everyone (even my Mum ffs) - in fact, I've had girlfriends come and go without ever knowing my real name - very useful ;).
