yeah the second i clapped eyes on it i wanted it lol. been wanting one for a while but that one is really clean with low mileage. no rust or rot that iv found. engine would be good if it asnt for this cooling problem and the misfire. and its stacks of reciept. no expense has ever been spared on that car from what i can tell. iv got an s14a 200sx stage1 aswell but im going to sell that and get something normal for work. yeah the guy that sold me the z31 mentioned him. il be chasing him around shortly for bits lol. i think it might be him whos getting the ht leads

i just bought an '88 z31 turbo today. on the way home it was fine from glasgow to dundee on the m'way then going through dundee the temp guage went up to the three quarter warning mark and it started blowing cold air through the vents. then back o the dualler it went back to normal but the oil temp. guage went up a notch. then i got to the country road that takes me home and the water temp. went back up and the cold air started again. and it was doing this on and off when i took it for a run around town. its got a pretty bad misfire that should be fixed with ht leads but has anyone got any idea what the crack is with the temperature lol? and please dont say something expensive lol

Hi there I'm in the process of organising a meeting at my local. it was done a couple of years ago with skylineowners.com and mkivsupraowners.com and was great. all you can eat bbq usually around a tenner and fellow car enthusiasts. We will be hosting one on saturday 12th june if anyone wants to come along It's at the hillside hotel in montrose in between dundee and aberdeen. Sopme good bendy roads to go for a good drive before hand if wanted and then good food, good prices and good company. It will run into the night and deals on rooms are available for anyone wanting to stay and have a good drink. hi. last year we held a small meet at the local pub with the skylineowners and mkiv supra owners. we had a good turnout and the pub put on an all you can eat bbq at £7 a head. good food good company good cars good laugh. im aiming to organise another with some more clubs this year and wondered if id have any interest from the guys and gals on here ? id be looking at either saturday the18th july or sunday the 19th. A pro photographer can be in attendance to do pro shoots of your car and to do good pics for the sites and clubs involved. The vast majority of clubs im with are jap but if anyone on here wanted to invite along any other clubs then be my guest :D as soon as i find the pics i shall put on some to give you an idea of last years meeting. the location is the hillside hotel, montrose. dd109jw

well having destroyed my engine i have invested in new car. not a 300 but technically stil a zed :D .......... a bright yellow bmw z3 2.2 lol. i get pics up later at the weekend

no. id noticed the idle becoming a bit stuttery but the baffles recently shot out the exhaust so i just thought it was that. and no i didnt save my sausage roll. ended up with a stinkin turkey sandwich instead. on the brightside im car shopping now lol

does severe weather conditions cause problems for tt's ? its howling wind and driving rain up here just now. got the lorry back in the yard went to go home and the damn car wouldnt start. its been fcing head on into the worst of the weather all day coming in from the sea. defo sounds like a firing problem as i have full electrics and a starter but it just wont catch. been abandoned at work til tomorow. if anyone has any ideas and advice would be appreciated :D
