Looks good but is the last picture swapped about as the wheels look like they'e the wrong way around?!?!

I converted my TT from an auto to a manual with a n/a box. All you have to do is gring out a few mm from the inside of the opening where the starter is mounted to give enough clearence for the flywheek. (the TT boxes have a little indentation there.) Stick two large washers between the starter and the bellhousing when mounting it and voila! I only swapped out the front section of my prop and got it balanced. A good idea to do the U/J at the same time, just to be sure. Hope this helps. Ben.

Just grind out a little of the bellhousing, then it'll fit no probs!

Don't go there mate. I put my Zed in to have it's static timing checked after I rebuilt it, they broke the casting on my oil pump trying to get the crank pulley off with a breaker bar instead of a puller. they neglected to tell me this and I only found out when the underside of my engine was soaked in oil. :wack:

A wierd one for you techies out there! On the way to work this morning my daily motor, which is a mk1 mr2 decided that when the throttle's held at between 1700-1800 revs it'll bounce down to idle and then back up again and keep going between the two. It drives fine otherwise and is it's usual healthy self. I'm thinking a dead spot on the TPS or something like that? The idle's rock stead at 800rpm, about where it should be. Anyone seen these symptoms on other motors? cheers in advance. Trying to keep two nice motors on the road! :headvswal

I just cut them and plugged up the holes. It'll pass the MOT no probs, they're nothing to do with the emissions.

Just cut them. On my 1990 car they just light up the cat lamp on the dash if unburnt fuel's getting into the cats and nothing else. I did away with them no probs.

Spent two weeks in March around the Toronto area and only saw one Zed! A red NA by the Uni. A minger at that. Expected to see a lot more of them.

When I had my spares done at Nissan Widnes, they used the manual cutting machine to guess it. I'd try another dealer If I were you.
