  1. Most probably a motherboard issue... try dusting around capacitors... this is a common cause when MBs gets old and collects dust around capacitors. The dust then collects water vapour and discharges the current but when it is heated works OK.
  2. As a production Transformers was spot on, the music, sound affects, story line all were perfect. You can argue it being not realistic etc. etc. but apart from that from start to finish it was perfect. It was the only moview for a long time that I really enjoyed. I never got that WHAT! why the heck is that there for or can we move along now please etc. feelings. I hope the second one will be the same...
  3. Found this the other day... :duffer: http://www.imcdb.org/vehicles.php?make=Nissan&model=300ZX&modelMatch=1&modelInclModel=on&PHPSESSID=4e92a597e84e6b7821453c5195fdffc7 How many have you seen?
  4. Hey Steve, didn't knew you were still looking... I wouldn't mind commuting if £££ is good and hopefully it would give my zed a change to stretch. Drop me a PM if you would like to talk further. Thanks,
  5. Same problem as mine... my front right caliper has 3 seized pistons... Did a little shopping around and you can get 2nd hand calipers for about £90 (Paul@SWZ here) and a refurb kit for about £70 (from Mike, can't remember his user id). Can't remember whether that includes the pistons or not. PM me if you need the contact details. But in the end I settled for a set of K-Sport 330mm 8 pot brakes kit which is now £990 I think. They are supposed to fit onto 17"s but I have to get a new set of 18"s.
  6. Without them... personally don't like shiny things... :D
  7. Watched it, don't know about the earth but I was still .... fallen asleep... :D
  8. hmmm, having some careful consideration I think I might be able to afford those Jade Rs (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/18-S-JADE-R-ALLOY-WHEELS-NISSAN-300ZX-TYRES_W0QQitemZ140317983746QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_CarParts_Acc_Wheels_tyres_Trims_Car_Rims_ET?hash=item140317983746&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1683|66%3A2|65%3A12|39%3A1|240%3A1318|301%3A0|293%3A1|294%3A50) Not a big fan of bay so need some advice... Shall I go for the above? or is there any other place that I can check the prices?
  9. Just to clarify, for the above Jades with K-sport 330mm 8pots will I need spacers on the front?
  10. I hope not... I don't fancy going wide arch... This is what they say for the size... 8.5 X 18" 5X114 ET35 FRONTS 9.5 X 18 5X114 ET35 REARS Can anyone explain what this means please? I know the 8.5 x 18 and the 9.5 x 18 part :D
  11. I like the finish of those stella, do you think the "hyper black" or "gunmetal" of that P-45R would have the same finish?
  12. Found this on bay; http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/18-S-JADE-R-ALLOY-WHEELS-NISSAN-300ZX-TYRES_W0QQitemZ140317983746QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_CarParts_Acc_Wheels_tyres_Trims_Car_Rims_ET?hash=item140317983746&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1683|66%3A2|65%3A12|39%3A1|240%3A1318|301%3A0|293%3A1|294%3A50 Like the finish in the pic... does anyone have a real pic of those?
  13. I'd like these; http://www.rotawheels.com/wheels.asp?wheelid=31 but just not the colors... I'd like a less shiny finish...
  14. those are a nice set of wheels m8, but just not the color I'm looking for... a bit too shiny :)
