  3. I dont spose anyone has the part number for the AFM plug please? and would anyone know what they cost from Mr. Nissan? I bought a z32 AFM for my skyline, and didnt get the plug for it. So my options are get a plug, or use some spade connectors and make one myself :) Cheers Adam
  4. Thought I would openly invite any 300zx owners to pop along to our weekly monday evening meet, down at madeira drive (may change soon), this monday 28th August from 9pm onwards. more details here: http://www.sussexjapclub.com/viewtopic.php?t=342 :duffer:
  5. hi james, yep it's a jap, 89 :) Chris, tha's the one, needs a bloody good clean though lol
  6. I had a look at wendys car today... it's failed the mot on a couple of things, indicator bulb, headlight bulb (main beam grr), tyre tread (debateable) and emissions (they tested with 20c oil temp the jokers). Emissions I'm hoping it will pass with it being at running temp, and am doing the bulbs on sunday, the headlight bulb should be fun :p Has anyone got a spare passenger side front bumper indicator lense bit? as wendys is broke after a lil accident.
  7. u could try http://www.skylinegt.com/?id=reg2name :)
  8. calibra every time it's a good car, can get up to 300hp without too much cash, still look modern, and come with all the toys. transfer boxes are a common failure, sure, but all cars have their weaknesses. It's not the end of the world and the car can still be driven even if it's dead. the rust issue only affects the earlier cars, after mid 94 the lower half was galvenised which mostly removed the problem, on earlier cars it's easy enough to sort anyhow, if it hasnt been already. they are very cheap to maintain, easy to get parts for. They handle very well, and very comfy to drive. It's easy to slate it for being a vauxhall, but lets be honest, nissan have produced plenty of shit cars in their time too and are nothing special. vauxhall/GM have produced powerful cars too, they just largely missed getting to this country and got to Australia/USA. I have a red top calibra as my second car, and it's great, starts first turn, no leaks, comfy, easy to keep on the road. It has got rust, but it's an early 90/H plate.
  9. My skyline doesnt like it.
  10. Only thing that bothers me about this is who he may be negotiating with... If it's BP then I'm screwed as my car hates the stuff! I'm also worried that if he is in bed with one retailer, what will be the effect on the other retailers? a rise or fall? he doesnt explain much on the site.
  11. thats what people selling should think :P
