have you recently installed a new firewall or antivirus? maybe a popup blocker is active on your system now?

i did my engineering college work experience at a light aircraft service shop i must admit when working on smaller aircraft it wasn't just as simple as changing the filter. we had to cut the old one,open with what was like a tin opener , cut out the flilter itself clean it up and inspect for metal particles. to see how worn the engine was. that was a pain i tell ya
