  1. No sure if welding is an option with the gap being so close as it might mess the sensor up :( been searching ebay for more adapters might try a few different ones if i cant sort this one
  2. It might come down to that and were can I get hold of a crush washer the size I need
  3. There are 2 rubber O rings on now but no joy so I have just been and got some tap washers which I need to drill out a little which I will try tomorrow and if this works all good but if not it will be back to the drawing board
  4. As I have said plumbing tape melts and I have no choise with the fitting as it screws together any way heres a few pics and I have just got back from B&Q but its to dark now to carry on so an early start to see if this works any better
  5. Looks like a trip to my local B & Q then as I have already tried to injector seals with no joy ptf tape which just melt lol so a tap washer sounds about right, I will take a pic now
  6. Just fitted a fuel pressure sensor into my fuel line and it's **** leaking up the screw threads. Any ideas ????

  8. Im looking for some information on settings for, (1). Factor water temp setting. When fan cuts in (2). Factor oil pressure setting. Min. And max (3). Factor oil temp setting. If known ? (4). Factor fuel pressure indeed to the rail.

  24. An easy way to find out is to just fit an inline fuel presure gauge, fairly easy job and a good bit of kit and it makes it easy to see how the pump is performing
