  1. needs to find out what ingrediant is missing fella. Fuel Spark Air Does it smell of fuel when turning over? Does it spark if you take a coilpack out with a sparkplug? My guess is your PTU has died if its a series one.
  2. Was it me or did Clarson seam really unimpressed with it, and it was like he was forcing himself to be nice about the car???
  3. Looks great but as already said, get the nose dropped some more, dont want it looking like someone's nicked your engine!!! ;)
  4. http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=skKIfQMzQJw
  5. I would check the age of the car mate, its a series one but on a J plate that means it should/could be a series two and it has been registard incorrectly. Look at the bottom of the seatbelts there is a date stamped on the white lable that tells you the year of the car, I'm betting its a 1989/1990 model not a 1992.
  6. If it is a good car then yes it is worth it.
  7. I bet there is a really good reason for that
  8. How about this one at 540bhp ;) http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/sales/258032.htm
  9. Nice looking zed mate!!! reminds me of my first one when i bought it
  10. Might want to resize them fella!
  11. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! You'll be lucky! South east members wont leave their houses to go to the shops, let alone get out to meets! ;)
  12. If I remember correctly to do the rear brake hoses you have to remove the entire rear underside of the car! Big old job.
  13. I like that, but still not too sure on the front end.
  14. Same as any 300bhp 17 year old car. Needs a lot of care and things go wrong a lot! Most of the components on the car have now reached their life expectancy and if have not already been changed will need to be soon. Engine, body, and interior. Car makers expect a tops of 15 year life expectancy. And after that point to keep in top condition is a job for the enthusiast. So unless your prepared to pour lots of cash into the car, go buy something new. That’s my honest opinion. I don’t think the 300zx is inherently unreliable; it’s just past its natural lifespan and as such needs constant care/renewal.
  15. Love it, ive asked for a full spec list on all engine parts used to get such an awesome car!
  16. Blimey, think this is the first time I have ever heard their name without a lawsuit involved!!! Well done Turbo Technics!"!!!
  17. I love christmas and the unhappynes it brings others :duffer: :duffer: :duffer: :duffer: :duffer:
  18. London near Limehouse station on Thursday, a black G plate with aftermarket front bumper.
  19. Ah well once you get it back im sure one of the Zed specialist garages will thank the Nissan garage for breaking it ;) Sorry just a bit of an "in" joke. Nissan garages tend to be a haven of trouble for 300zx's as they dont have the first clue about them. Welcome to the club and pray for your zed  :D
  20. If you buy the Venom 550's then get them flow tested before fitting and you'll be ok. Some people on here have them and not had any problems at all. Reports in the states about them being bad but not really heard of any first hand problems over here. Either no one uses them or they are fine.
  21. Think he might be more worried there is a fueling problem. Why do people always get jummped on when asking about fuel in this place FFS! :slap:
  22. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BnpOhPJhORA Its made of wood! This is the demo of what they hope it will turn out like. Be interesting to see it finnished and a real kit, and what engines could you put in there to give it some oomph!!!
