Just had a thought, isn't there an advert on the TV at the moment that states, 'There are lots of different people in the army!'

Last year I was dealing with an individual at work who has decided to go through 'gender reassignment', once you get into all the laws around it, re, discrimination etc, its a dam mine field!! And just for the record, no matter what your personal feeling towards the person or what you may feel about it, you are not allowed by law to make it public, as it is discriminatory. What a wonderfull society we live in!

Wow!! Thanks for all the kind posts, really appreciate it. For those of you who don't know, I have had a pretty difficult last few months, and after a telephone conversation, and alot of deep thought, I have had to finally admit that at this particular juncture in my life, I have to re-priorotise my life. I am certainly not leaving the forum, I love this place, but unfortunately I have been recently unable to fulfill the dedication that both the roles deserves. I wish the guys taking on my past roles, the very best of luck, and if I can support them in any way I am only at the end of the phone. Mac has asked me if I would be willing to stay on the committee for the time being, which I have agreed to, and appreciate the offer. Treatment is a waste of time, once they start tapping, theres a reason for it, either they are clogged up, or the valve in side is blocked. I've stripped a few sets cleaned them, and that sorts it. I have had to throw some away too in the past.
