Sorry to jump your post Bill after phoning up the garage they only test 1bank so I passed the co2 with the second pass yippee but the lambda is still1.070 so will the original exhaust cure this or is it the balance pipe trick?

MMM it looks like I have probably got a dodgy spark plug or something on one bank then but how do I lower the lambda reading?

My 97 N/A has failed on emissions, it passed at idle but at 2600 it failed with co 0.51% and lambda 1.099 is it because I have a after market cat back exhaust which is ultra loud as it failed on both banks although the second bank was a bit lower at co 0.07 lambda 1.070 would putting the original catback exhaust bring the figures down? or is there something else wrong

You was lucky to get £1800 I had mine on ebay and luckily I put a reserve on it cos the highest bid was under £1100, times are sure hard at the moment.

You could be right, I think there is one fitted already I have a small metal box about 20mmx12x12mm with a supply cable to the ign. iso plug, with coax plug and socket, so I can get 4or5 stations kiss is showing at around 86.5 I thought kiss was 100 or it was in London area but I am at the se coast now so it might be different here

HI , I have a Pioneer carrazzeria meh9000 which is a mini disc/cd changer/radio fm/am, I have seen frequency extenders that up it from the lower range japanese to the higher european frequencies, has anyone tried these and do they work cos at the moment I only have 4 stations, it is a bit retro I know around 10 years old but it's a nice radio and younger than my zed and £500 when new I have mini discs as well to use in it, I already have a parrot handsfree so I don't need a new type with bluetooth, OH what to do?????

I recently had a buyer for a laptop whe wanted to pay by paypal and for me to post it to guess where? it starts with a N and ends with A he said the money had left his account and after I have posted it required a tracking number and pic of the barcode before the money would be released to my paypal account,well after refusing to do this until the cash had been put into my account I received a threatening message supposedly from paypal saying I would be fined £2000 and my account frozen, me being up for a challenge of this type I got in touch with paypal who comfirmed it was a scam and they would look into it, and asked for copies of the message to be sent to their spoof dept. The end of the tale is I still have the laptop,the Nigerian doesn't have any money and typically I have not heard from paypay after waiting 3 weeks. At least the Ainsworth scammers who have plagued Gumtree for over 3 years have at last been to trial and are awaiting sentencing by the court.
