Hi all, I have been around for a few yrs now lol but have lost a lot of contacts ref exhaust options. What i thought was a gasket blow has ended up a hole on the passenger side exhaust by the cat area. I know i could do a cat delete but my turbos have never been renewed and i don't want to go from an exhaust to a full engine lift replacing turbo seals. So my questions are where could i get replacements or if the worst comes to the worst.....where is the best place to get de-cats. I already have stainless from cat back. I suppose they haven't done bad considering they have never been changed. Thanks

Hi all, I'm sure i've asked before but what dials has everyone got (if they have any!?) I've got to get my arse in gear this year and get the zed out. It's only done 5000miles since 2011. Just looking for new dials. Don't want to expensive like Defi otr Blitz etz but there is so much Chinese stuff I don't trust anything. Any pointers or suppliers. Thanks all

Hi all, i have attached the power supply routing diagram to my thread. Could anyone I.D the symbols i have highlighted in red. I have discovered i have no power to the fuses under the bonnet at the passenger side. Got no headlights, main beam and horn. Looking at the diagram i see that the power comes from the fusable link. Im checking for power there today. From the link it goes back to the battery via the symbols i don't know. Also could you spread some light on where the fuse is that I've circled in the headlamp diagram. I have checked all footwell fuses twice and they are all ok. Does all the headlight wiring come across in the main loom by the radiator ? Cheers Power Supp.pdf Headlights.pdf

Hi all, I'm still in the process of chasing a problem on my headlights. When following the diagrams how true do you find the colouring for the wires. No matter what I'm doing there are always wires not corresponding to electrical diagrams. I've the copies of diagrams from online manuals but are there any that are coloured or have a bit more clarity. Cheers

Just out of interest because when I was messing around in the front of the zed I seem to have effected the ambient temp reading on the dash board. Not sure if i've damaged something but where does the temp sender hang out. I have been told in the past but cant remember.........car has been packed away for yrs. Cheers

Hi all, might be a long shot but has anyone got a coloured picture/PDF for the lighting system. The one for the front lights that show the relays, in cab switches etc. Im struggling to get my front lights and horn working via the diagrams i have, I know its all related as i have no main beam light on dash, now high or dipped nor horn. driving me mad!!! Thanks

Hi Andrew, long time no see bud....... the issue hasn't got any worse over the years but irritating because when I'm putting the car to work it will crunch between 3 to 4 but I'm going to try that redline. I'm going to fluid changes all round.

This issue on the box has been going on for many a year. I have adjusted my driving according to the problem. Im getting the famous crunch from 3 to 4 on the box. Any good gearbox retcons you recommend. Cheers
