  1. I met him at his workshop. Perhaps it would be best if you could pm me his home address (just in case). Cheers
  2. Thanks for that mate - tried the number a few times but no answer yet. Will keep trying. I know he's had problems with financing and premises but all the work he's done for me to date has been top notch and when I last saw him a few weeks ago, things seemed to be on the up. I'll let you know how this episode develops.
  3. Best part of a couple of months now
  4. Yep - it's the Swindon Z tech I'm after. Been waiting for a call from Chris re. progress and then decided to try calling him. I too tried the website only to find it closed but it was open a few weeks ago !
  5. He's doing some work on my car and I've lost all record of his numbers (multiple problems with pc, mobile phone etc. !!)
  6. Hi Does anyone have a number for Chris at Ztech plse?
  7. Thanks for confirming that Ztech is back up and running Chris - Craig has already had a quick chat with me regarding the status of my vehicle and said I'd get further news after he'd been to the bodyshop to check things out. In the meantime I've posted him the original job list so he can check everything's been done. Look forward to hearing from him/you when an update is available. Good luck guys and I'm sure you'll be able to put Ztech back up at the top of the pile! I'm hoping to keep my zed for a while yet so hope to put further work your way in due course. A much happier GaryZ :)
  8. Thanks Dave - you're a star! I'll sleep a bit more easily tonight. Great to know there's such heplful people out there - it's really appreciated. Will let you know how things progress. Thanks again GaryZ :) :) :)
  9. That would be really helpful thanks. Mine's a pearlescent white H reg TT - in for some bodykit work, respray, new clutch and general service bits and bobs. Just to know it's still around would be re-assuring! Cheers.
  10. Hi guys I'm desperately trying to contact ztech as well but the phone's switched off today. Entrusted my beloved to Ryan/Craig back in March for 8 weeks worth of work, paid around £4k deposit and heard absolutely nothing since. Even went down there on Saturday (over 250 mile round trip) but mine wasn't amongst the cars parked outside the other side of the locked gates. Hope Chris can get onto the forum soon to advise. This is all becoming a real worry! :( :( :( :(
  11. Thanks Jason - where's he based?
  12. After 15 years of careful ownership, just had some clown put a HUGE dent in my driver's side door while parked. As the car's pearlescent white, I guess a door repair/respray would be difficult to match so am thinking about a full respray. Thought I might add some 99 spec bodykit at the same time so can anyone help me with some recommendations/advice for ..... 1) Sourcing some 99 spec lookalike sideskirts (Wings West seem to be the closest I've seen so far but are there any others that are a closer match?). I've seen that the Z Centre has 99 spec front ends - are there any better out there? 2) If I'm not changing the rear lights or spoiler, can I keep the existing rear end or would that be incompatible with new skirts? Haven't seen a clear picture of a 99 rear so not sure if it's any different. 2) Where I can get a real QUALITY bodykit fit and re-spray done (including sorting the door damage and fixing a couple of rust spots)? Don't want to cut corners to save money as I know cheaper jobs tend not to last. Grateful for any advice you can give. Can't bear to see my p and j in its current state  so am hoping to get it sorted asap. Thanks GaryZ
  13. Thanks for the contacts guys. :)
  14. That's exactly what I thought - problem is it's difficult to find anyone else. Any suggestions for a reliable mechanic in the SE?
  15. Brilliant ! Thanks Paul - went back to Nissan armed with info from your post and the quote for the aircon work has now been revised from £500 to £60. Seemed the guy I spoke to yesterday wasn't aware that a full conversion was no longer necessary. Phew!!! :)
