Sorry to hear about your problems getting a response. We went back through our e-mails and found only one unanswered e-mail you sent to us that was sent on July 4th. Because of the holiday weekend today is the first day we've been open since you sent the e-mail. You would have had a reply before noon our time today regardless. Not sure what happened to to the previous e-mails you sent but we don't show receipt of them. We are contacting you privately to try to figure out where they were sent and what happened. We take this kind of thing very seriously as we strive to answer all of the hundreds of e-mails we get on a daily basis during the work week. We go to great lengths to make communication as easy as possible. If anyone ever has a problem getting a response please PM us here, as it may be a technical problem.

There has been some miscommunication and Shawn is contacting you to resolve any confusion. Shawn has been speaking with your son, and we are not sure the messages have all been relayed as we offered to pay for shipping but had been waiting on you all to send us the amount.
