Most people have more importatant things to do 1 or 2 days before xmas then sit on the computer waiting for a new thread on the forum. I have now more important things to do (its called going away with the wife + kids) so I will have to see how long this thread lasts without me for a few days.

If it turns nasty then that is because the members of the forum can now give a fair comment to the accusation and it should run as long as the 8 pages of mostly nasty comments on the original thread.

Thats good.Maybe if more members had been impartial and had time to read my reply then they would have been able to make an unbiased fair comment but instead there was a lot of biased unfair comments. The twinz comments were slander and should not have been posted without contacting the accused Z Centre first.

If you close this thread then members can't read my side of the story. It should be left running for 8 pages so members can make a fair judgment to the accusation.

You also let the slagging which was directed to me go on for 8 pages.It is only fair that this reply should also go on for upto 8 pages.

Well in that case if it was on for upto 2 days and 1 of those days was Christmas Day then that was insufficient time for my reply to be seen by the forum members who had seen the 8 pages of the accusation thread. That is why out of fairness to the accused I have added my reply again so members have sufficient time to read my reply.

Hi Guys,i replied to a very serious accusation against the Z Centre on a thread on the forum which was 8 pages long on christmas eve and has now been removed. I used ceejays membership for the replay as i was unaware i was still a registered member of the forum. There must have been a glitch with the forum website because soon after I posted my reply even though the accusation had been running for 8 pages the thread is no more. Hi guys,I thought i would let this thread get very long before i replied so all the new members of the forum were aware of my website. The twinz contacted every trader they could think of on the forum and also off the forum to be a uk distributor but without success. Out of desperation they emailed me on the 16th Oct 2006 to see if i wanted to be a uk distributor even though they had slagged me off on the forum saying my viper front bumper on my car is the same as their photoshop picture. I replied as I new there were lots of you guys on the forum wanting this bumper and i have attached this email and the replies at the end of this message. As you can see they wanted a ridiculous amount of money ($3700 dollars) for one bumper and one set of moulds and they also wanted $200 dollars for every bumper sold after the first 15. I did not reply to this as it was a total unrealistic business proposition and that’s why they had been turned down by all the other forum/non forum traders. Let’s move forward nearly 1 year and I was contacted by someone in the uk who had bought a twinz bumper via the usa. He showed me the twinz bumper he bought via the USA and because the quality was absolutely shite he had a new mould made with some changes and the quality is now excellent. He offered to supply to me these top quality bumpers if I wanted to sell them on my website. As I can supply the lights for the bumper and the quality is excellent and I knew it would be popular item on the forum, so I agreed. He also supplied me the picture of the white car which I have now removed from my website because I noticed some z owners on the thread were getting so upset I didn't want them to start crying. I did NOT buy (or through a third party) a twinz bumper from them or from the USA or from anywhere else in the world. I am selling these Cobra bumpers on my website as they are supplied to me. There are other traders/individuals who supply me their body styling parts as well that are also on my website ( for example cobra wide rear arches, vapour body kit etc). If the parts are of a good quality and at a good price I would be stupid to say no. I am just glad that I and none of the other traders sent $3700 dollars to Peru for a load of old shite. The twinz never contacted me when the cobra bumper went on my website on the 6th Dec 2007 but instead started a thread on the forum slagging me off (even though I believe they are not forum members and I am not a forum member). The forum moderators should have lifted this thread or at least until they had contacted the Z Centre to hear the other side of the story but instead joined in with slagging.This forum should be run in a professional manner like the Z Club where I am a trader. I have been a Z Specialist for 25 years and many of MY parts (my designs) have been copied and sold on many eBays and in many other countries but I don't go crying on some overseas forum because I live in the real world and know nothing can be done about it. As there are more important things in this world other than a 300zx front bumper and it is the time for goodwill to all men (even viniboy) I will say merry Christmas and a prosperous new year to all z owners. Hello Luke, You are right about the amateur traders, that make us a little worried, since we are looking for a sole distributor in Europe of the fascias and future products we are developing right now (the current front fascia and a new concept rear bumper). We got the costs of the fascias and freight to UK, but it's too expensive due to the freight and taxes for all the fascias and the trip to UK takes 45 days to arrive to the port. Since we know you have experience in the production of bumpers in fiberglass material, we want to propose you to take care of the production and sales of our products. We'll be sending you a demo fascia and nose panel with their respectives main molds (the bumper includes the nose panel as a kit, since it's different from stock), so you can offer a better price and attend faster to the customers. If we are going to do this, we'll have to make a legally binding contract, where it mentions that we are sending a kit (front bumper and nose panel) and the matriz (molds of bumper and nose panel), and you'll have to make an initial payment of US$3700, which includes the product delivered by air (5-7 days to ship) to the airport closer to your location and the 15 first fascias sold. Then, from the 16th sell to up, you'll have to make a deposit into our account of US$200 for each. We already estimated that the first 15 sells are going to be on an initial group buy on 300zx.co.uk forum. First of all i would like to thank all of you guys who have put a positive response to this thread on how i have helped you over the years. I would like to give you my reasons why i have not renewed my trader’s membership which costs £100.00 a year to trade on the forum. I hope for once in my life that the controlling party on the forum does NOT allow this thread to be removed unlike many of my previous threads in the past. I decided on Sunday night to make the members on the forum aware of my new online shopping website which had only been online for 4 days. After i had posted this on the forum i received a PM from the moderator that my traders fees should had been renewed nearly 6 months ago and shunter had sent me an email nearly 6 months ago regarding renewing my fees, after i had read that PM i noticed that the thread regarding my new website in general discussion had been removed as well as i had also been removed from the traders section. I contacted shunter of which he CANNOT recall and does not have a file of this email that the moderator had stated in his PM that had been sent to me. In the last six months i have received numerous PM's from the moderator of which NONE of them have ever mentioned about renewing the traders fees. I have also spoken to shunter on numerous occasions in the last six months and nothing has been mentioned about renewing my trader’s fees. Shunter has also told me that the moderator has told him that there is no structure in place with a the forum committee to contact a trader when its time for the fees to be renewed and to then follow it up with further attempts to contact the trader unlike the procedure that is in place for the normal membership renewal fee. The moderator has told me in the past and has also told shunter that I’m only allowed to sell my body kits on the forum even though they are a small part of all of the products i sell for the 300zx. The reason for this is that there is a rule where a trader cannot sell a particular 300zx part if another trader has been selling this part on the forum in the past. The problem with this ruling is it only takes ONE trader to list virtually every part that is available for the 300zx in his list of parts that he claims he sells and this will then block any other forum traders from selling the same part. This has led to a situation of one trader taking advantage of the ruling for his own benefit and not for the benefit of the members. If this ruling continues the members on the forum will not always get the best deal/price on parts and group buys etc as ONLY ONE TRADER (who wants the whole cake of selling parts on the forum) will be allowed to respond to these threads. I must admit that i do not go onto the forum on a regular basis because my Z Centre customer data base does not just consist of the forum members but a much larger data base consisting of the U.K, Europe and the rest of the World. Due to my large database of customers/enquires/sales i may only go on the forum on average about once a month to check PM's and hopefully read some interesting stuff. I have tried to address the problem of customers wanting to order from me when I’m busy on the phone (giving advice or taking orders) by having this new website with online shopping. Unless the ruling is changed which at the moment only allows me to only sell a very small amount of my products on the forum i will have to come to a business decision on whether its viable to renew my traders subscription and I will also take into account the way i have been treated in having countless threads removed in the past. Unlike most of the traders on the forum i have been trading as the Z Centre for more than 23 years and i will continue to do so with or without the forum until i decide to retire (many years from now). If the outcome is that the rules do not change and i decide not to be a trader again on the 300zx.co.uk forum then it will be the members of the forum who will suffer and loose out from this and only a few individuals on the forum who will gain from this. Went to Travellers Rest last night and the food situation is this. Unlike most resturants if all the tables are occupied you cannot leave your name on a list for when a table becomes available but instead you have to stand around and when you see a table become available you have to run and grab the table before someone else does! It is possible to book a table in advance but it is for partys of 8 or more. The food at the Travellers Rest is excellent and is at a good location. I do not know if the Travellers Rest do bar food orders in their busy periods. I will be having my main sunday meal with my family at 6pm at a pub called the Tree Tops which is about half a mile away.
