Hi mate ... I have had a complete and utter fookin nightmare time of it of late. Spent the whole of Christmas in bed. Basically my back went foobar .. Good to be back though. I really missed this place. I am on the mend now though. Looking forward to driving the old Z again. Unfortunately I missed out on Pete's 99 spec (Glad you sold it though mate) All good fun ... I actually dopped to my knees this morning after I coughed .. took me at least ten mins to get up and after that I couldn't even walk properly. Can't belive I even bothered to go to work .. Then again there is just so much you can take of daytime TV ...

So are they going to chuck me out of the surgery for asking for Tylex? Or is it not worth asking for, ecept for entertainment value? All I can say is I have never been in so much pain guys and gals ... Getting out of the house is even an ordeal .. had to feed the cat from 4ft height today .. buscuits everywhere ... On the bright side though, the floor could have done with a clean ...

Cheers mate .. I am taking some light meds ... They put me on Diclomax SR .. They are helping but the pain is killing me .. maybe I should go and get some better painkillers ... Bloody nightmare TBH ... especially at work .. I sit in front of a screen all day long ...

I have had a bad back for at least six moths now. Had a scan the other week and it seems that I have a herniated disk. In other words, tis of the fooked. Woke up this morning and I could barely walk but still managed to get into work because I would be bored out of my mind otherwise. A big thanks to my mate Adam who picked me up, only took me ten minutes to walk to the car from my font door .. LMAO ... Anyone else had this .. any advice? I am in complete agony .. I am seeing a physiotherapist, but I find Holsten pils helps .... Chris P

or make your own ..... :-) 12 habanero peppers - 2 carrots - 1 lg. onion - 6 cloves of garlic -1/2 tbs. salt -1/4 tbs. white pepper - 1 lime - 8 tbs. white vinegar Cut habanero peppers in half and remove seeds. Drop in boiling water for 30 seconds to blanche.(handle with care) Remove peppers and put onion, carrots and garlic cloves into boiling water and cook until tender. Squeeze juice from lime and combine all ingredients and put in blender. First chop, then blend at high speed.
