There was something on the news about it, people where nicking them off cars (mainly 4x4) and selling them for scrap:)

Thought i'd try selling the catts (scrap) I took off the Z a few months ago, I heard they where worth about £60 each about a month ago. Rang someone up and he said he'd pay £10 for each. Anyone know if they have dropped that much, or it he is just trying it on

Not doing the z, but so far i have recovered half the calibra door cards and recovered a 1/3 of the rear seat. Looking good so far, door cards are easy compared to recovering seats.

I'm on a classic insurance and I asked them if it would be ok to add mods on, they said it would be fine

Is it possible to connect S2 one up to S1 wiring easily? I'd like heated mirrors. And how to get the mirrors to fold in automatically?

It's all in my ride section But it's a 1990 jap 2+2 Standard for insurance No rust, couple of bubbles on the rear arch and needs a respray, hope to do some point in the next 12 months

I've just insured my car with footman james, got a great deal! They have sent me the paperwork and a form for an agreed valuation. I put the value of my car at £2500, probably a bit low. I need someone to look at the car, either a car club official(anyone near me?) restorer, valuer or specialist dealer. Anyone know anyone i can get to have a look?

I'm trying to find a 3rd brake light to put into a spoiler, cant seem to find one anywhere, what I want is a replacement spoiler light. Don't anywhere sell them??:confused:

Dan, spoke to someone in your office just now. Won't get anywhere near it. Got the policy changed to drive parkin, now £371. still excellent!! Funkyboogaloo, might try them tomorrow. Doubt they will be able to beat it though. Rang up academy, who I am insured with at the mo. They droped the renewal from £1000 to £700. Strange that!

Been ringing around to get insurance quotes. Thanks skyline dave:D Been getting quotes rount the £1000 mark with adrin flux winning with £750, then rang footman james who also quoted £750 with £400 pound excess and 4500 miles limit. they then said i was able to put it on classic insurance and would be £299 :shock: with 4500 miles limit and would have to be garaged between 10 and 6. anyone else got a policy like this?? Where would i stand if something happened to the motor when it was at home at this time and not in the garage?
