  1. Guys think you are all going to laugh. But I walked into one of these auto super markets today had a look about inside and saw something completely diffrent to what I had in mind. I bought a Nissan Navara 2.5td with 50,000 miles for £5000 Not bad for a 2004. Lots of extra's such as leather ect. Plus looks pretty sweet too. Ill post pictures later on. But I think this will do the job just fine and as a added bonus great for other weekend projects too.
  2. Thanx Guys I know this sounds silly. But in my line of business the make of the car is everything.... I do close protection security for some well off people and if I turned up in a Mondeo or even better Vauxhall... They would not be impressed. Yes Rich people can be shallow. I think the Volvo S60 T5 sounds like just the car. Now just to find one with lowish milage Any ideas where to look other than Auto Trader and Piston heads?
  3. Hey Guys Need some advise. As most of you would know driving a zed on a day to day basis can really be costly.... So Im looking for a second car that will serve me well. What the car needs is the following needs to be big'ish 4 door car with a bit of pull Most miles will be motorway "Comfy cruiser" A few nice extra's Business appeal as clients will see and drive with me in the car £4000 budget What I thought of was a Volvo 2001+ s40 T4... They have around 200bhp and have lots of extra's Also bit of power and not to costly. What I want to know is.... What other cars can you guys recommend? And where to look. Honestly most searches for a S40 T4 came back with really high milage or the previous non facelift model. Any advise would be great thanx. Nico
  4. Honestly Girls! You lot have completely missed the plot! Lambo doors.... Yes they are mods but damn get over it. LOL
  5. HAHA Love the mix comments! I totallyy agree with most of you. I think it could be pulled off as long as the door opens 90 degrees otherwise you would look like a idiot getting out. But they do have a bad rep with the Chavs... Honestly I would get them but really depends on the body style of the Zed. But thats the great thing of Zeds. Everyone has diffrent views and therefore all the zed's look diffrent in this club.
  6. haha love the replies Well reason for asking is that there are so many websites that do sell them. So therefore there must be a market for it. I just think it depends on what body style you have on your Z.. Standard Z would look crap. But with a Ulbher Design kit it would look sweet
  7. HI Everyone Just out of intrest, who has fitted Lambo doors to their Zeds?? Do you think they look good or not? If you do have them what company would you recommend? And Bolt on or Weld on??? Looking forward to the replies. Chow 4 Now Nico
  8. Well how can I put this.... As the current world Champs. "Only saying it as not picking sides" I really injoyed that game. England did well the first half and it all just went well... dead Wales showed real class oin sticking to it. At a very hard away game and really well done to them. Lets just hope the Scots do us proud tomorrow as I cant stand the french!!
  9. Another Zed off to Zed Heaven.... Hmmm, Well unlucky for that bloke they stop making Zed's.... Finding another isnt as easy anymore.
  10. Well rather then Having ST Orange... Have a look at Lambo orange. The colour they use on the Gallardo. That colour would look sweet as a nut on a Zed. Just out of intrest how much are they charging you for a full respray? As May have to get mine looked at soon Cheers and good luck
  11. HAHA Matt Black??? Well I had a really cool VW Beetle "OLD SKOOL" done up to the *****cks.... That had Matt Black and you know what people use to say to me? You have a lovely £6000 Beetle so when are you taking it off to get a paint job... So if thats what they say of an Oval 56 bettle what will they say of a lovely Z? hmm Well good luck with that one anyway
  12. Thanx again Well hope it all works now

  14. HAHA should have known the owner would be on the forum too. Thanx for the advice guys. Looks like a really nice car and well looked after. Just odd that she wouldnt advertise it on the forum itself but rather on pistonheads? Anyway will find out soon.
  15. Yip I was on about Boomin33. He has a pretty sweet ride. But the one Im after is on Piston Heads. Now the car has low milege but may have too low for a car thats 18 years old. Have a look guys and tell me what you think. Really want to see paperwork for the work done but the car looks like its been well looked after. Cheers
  16. Hi Everyone Lately there has been quite a few cars for sale and some with respect has had quite a lot of mods done to them. There is one forsale for £10,000 I think and had nearly £42,000 done to it. Now I know there is a lot of things a person should look out for. From bodywork done to it and so on. But What about Engine mods? As I know what to look out for on a standard car such as mine but when you see a custom where do you start. In most cases do you think its not just best to take a specialist with to check things over and insure things are done correctly? Any advise would greatly be taken onboard! Thanx again Nico
  17. To be fair no one really cares about Bognor.... That place is even worse then Danville in SA and for you people who dont know SA.... Hmm lets just say thats like the town Borat is from. Thats how I feel every time I have to pass Polish Regis. Yeah some people are lucky! They got some. Down South Hampshire, West/East Sussex no luck really. Thinks its because we are warmer then others and the wind presures bla bla. Your rite there was snow in SA close to me in Nelpsruit in the mountains but nothing like u see on TV... Please Lord give me snow! anyhow let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!
  18. Yeah hope to see some snow too!! Will be the first time I see snow as in SA that never happens.... Let it snow, Let it Snow
  19. Thanks for the help sofar guys! i've looked at that Car Insurance company that is on the forum... Adrian Flux Insurance and they have given my the best one sofar. That was £959.56 and to be honest isnt that bad for a 3L T/T Sports Car. Also didnt say I was a doorman as it would push it up. But yeah seems to me that a lot of people have had a few problems of their own when it comes to insurance. Anyway found my car from Bonsai Cars. Really beautiful Z with lots of tasty extra's! Hopefully no stole aways in the boot. lol Anyway guys thanks for the help
  20. Yip I've done the 5000 mile thing. As I have a Company Car. Vauxhall Astra SRI 1.9 Tdi so try to drive that more then my own car. I would have thought driving a company car would help bring it down as it shows that the Nissan is only for fun on weekends or something. Hmmm I've got some for around £1,300 TPTandF and thats with a £500 excess. Also the ones i've looked at didnt have any mods nor where they imports. So I really dont want to know how much its gonna be later on.
  21. Hi Everyone    :( I've been trying to get a good insurance premium.... And the more I look the more I'm thinking thats a bundle load for insurance. Now my question is simple how can I get my insurance down?? *Who is the best to insure with? Please note Im 21. *What should I look out for and what should I not say. Exp Im a doorman and that did push up my insurance a lot. *What on the car can bring the quote down? *Should I take out specialish insurance such a classic car insurance? Any tips would be great as I didnt see any similar topics on the forum. Thanks for a great website guys!! :smash:
