  1. ps the power meter read speed to a max 399kph this is good thing.. i run the R VIT and only read to max 300kph lol
  2. lol yes i know... but is any accurate in hp numbers?
  3. Is the power meter any good?
  4. They have 3mm pad overhang.. not much! the 350Z 324mm rotors and adapters have 5mm ;)
  5. Ready to fit! Damm what diference in braking! for the first time i have the Z i feel safer! lol
  6. That why i had to purchase them from australia, in portugal 7075-T6 is hard to find, and make them done in CNC too... it cost me 350 plus shipping 40 AUD.. :(
  7. i agreed whit you about the design of the 320x32mm adapters But the fact they are using that design since 2008 i think and did not read any issues about it, (unless someone died and can post it lol )
  8. This is 1018 steel.. is medium steel just like you said Tensile Strength: 58 to 63 psi Tensile Strength: Yield (Proof) 31 to 53 psi 7075-T6 Tensile Strength: 82.9 psi Tensile Strength: Yield (Proof) 73.2 psi the 1040 steel is the one that almost have the same strength of the 7076-T6 All steel above 1040 have more strength Titanium is almost 2x strong the 7075-T6 , so making ones in titanium sound good ideia.. but titanium is a PITA to work :thumbup1:
  9. Cool, im mecanical engineer.. and the forces aplied is longitudal just like the znut said... Carbon steel - > 380 to 440 Tensile Strength: Ultimate (MPa) Carbon steel - >205 to 370 Tensile Strength: Yield (Proof) (MPa) 7075-T6 - > 572 Tensile Strength: Ultimate (MPa) 7075-T6 - > 505 Tensile Strength: Yield (Proof) (MPa) If you dont like it you can design better ones :thumbup1:
  10. it is normal to worry, and is a good thing In the EUA some guys use theses to use the evo 5/9 320x32mm, they are made in steel this ones are the most used in the US, these ones and made from weak material and design compare to the 7075-T6, notice the bolts are 8.8 grade, my ones came whit 12.9 grade.
  11. I purchase mine for australia http://www.ao-ps.com/brakes.php 7075-T6 material is also lighter and stroger than most of the steels
  12. This is billet aerospace quality 7075-T6 material and track tested since 2011 :)
  13. They are made in 7075 grade of alloy ;)
