  1. I've always been a fan of the Crapi. had one when I was 17, 1.6 GL. Well, that's what the insurance thought anyway Wasn't long before my mate broke his 2.8 Granada and thus the transformation began :)
  2. TBH, you'd probably be better paying an extra couple of ton to get it done properly. I had a "cheap" job done (in the NorthWest) 2 years ago, and it needs a complete rebuild and a heap load of welding now.
  3. Z31 n/a - no mods - 18mpg normal driving 29.8 driving like a grandad. :)
  4. Because she's shallow, and probably a bit of a blonde. Can she really believe this "greek" wants to spend the rest of his life with her? He's after a green card, and she's just green. It obviously wasn't meant to be between the two of you. If it was, this wouldn't have happened. Do yourself a favour, and when the fan gets the poo, she'll come running back to you, tell her to go **** herself, then go get pished and shagged. Relationships suck mate, but eventually you will find your match, I did, and even the fact that she drives a Ford doesn't put me off.
  5. Real lucky. Glad it's sorted and not too bad. BTW, 12 hours to change a cam belt is fair on average on a 32. :)
  6. Can't you just use a drill attachment like everyone else? :hyper: I think you need to think about this a bit more, you are gonna need more than just a plug for this, you'll need resisitors and capacitors to control the speed, proper earthing to prevent electrocution, etc. I'd stick to Dremel. :)
  7. hmm, I see another project coming on :smash: LOL
  8. Understandable where the error come from tho It is the BBC news local for Bradford (and surrounding areas) Fook shocking news tho. Nasty basts about aint there?
  9. I'd abseil it no bother, but don't ask me to jump with an elastic band strapped to my feet. Well done tho, the lass obviously has bigger nuts than me. :)
  10. Remoulds? Are you mad? You really shouldn't compromise safety in a 300. Proper tyres are best, and well worth the extra few quid for peace of mind and safety.
  11. I'll be there, no Zed tho :(

So I just spent a hour or so reading the 9 pages of this thread, I blame Burnsie for posting it on ZCLub, but without that I wouldn't be here. I would be up for this event, most definitely, but I wanna pick up on a few earlier points... Genius. I may be in a ZX, but likely to be 4-cyl FWD. The earlier you book, the cheaper it is, therefore it is essential to confirm a date for our travelling enthusiasts. People will struggle with the age-old conundrum, "Can I afford 2 events from 1 paycheck?" I learned the hard way in July that I can't :) Wouldn't we then have to install CBs and have silly names like "RubberDuck"? Anyway, hilarity over, I'm bored now and must drink some more Baileys. Count me in if I'm available. :hyper: And agreed also that I'm sure that DJZ60 from Zclub will be more than happy to provide DJ style entertainment
  20. Hi Popped over from Zclub to see if amyone can help Can I replace my Z31 brakes with Z32 brakes? And would this be a straight forward swap, or are there differences preventing me from doing so? Any advice appreciated. ta Nidge
