My power sign lights up when i give it some beans, but it goes out after a few seconds when i start to cruise again. TBH its not the end of the world just flip the switch like you have been doing. HTH.

As above, my dads n/a zed has a small alternator prob (lights pulsate when running), there is a guy selling one in the for sale section but neither of us know if it will be ok on a n/a as the alt is coming from a TT. Anyone know??? Any help will be gratefully recieved. :)

I'm no zed expert, lol, but my auto choke stays on for roughly 5-10 mins - never as long as 20. Also its never 2000rpm, mine goes to just above 1500 and works down. Hope that is of SOME help to you.

Fookin Excellent!!! Reminds me of something that happened locally when 'happy slapping' was all the rage. A guy says to his friend who's recording i'm gonna hit the first person that comes out of that shop. So he does, unfortuneately for him he 'picked on the wrong one'. I bought a box off zcenter.co.uk was'nt 'cheap' but it was Very easy to fit, you just take your speedo head out (easier than it looks) and attach four wires (only one wire needs to be cut). Once fitted it will go all the way to 170mph approx (another debate on top speed lol) it will work in mph and clock up in mph, it also gets rid of the stupid bonging noise, lol. HTH. It comes with full fitting instructions. ;)

I did it - i used a stanley knife blade and thinners, took a while and it FOOKIN STUNK!!! I did'nt use any heat but thinking about it that would probably help - or make it very messy. LOL. HTH.
