  1. Yes, the engine No is on drivers side at rear, and as I recall, near impossible to see. There is another VIN No stamped on the engine bay bulkhead (on UK cars anyway), just below the bonnet rubber seal, below where the nut secures the passenger side windscreen wiper.
  2. So even Jap TT's definetely had the thinner AR bar?
  3. Thanks Mark, but AndyZ said he may be able to provide another in a week or so. However, I really want to know the reason for the difference, to decide if it is worth the bother of changing it. Anyone know?
  4. The rear anti-roll bar on my 92 UK recently snapped! (and I do mean the bar - not the link arms). This is despite not being very corroded ( - I saw someone else on this site suffered the same problem). Anyway, I just got a good 2nd hand one from AndyZ, which I have fitted, but I noticed it was slightly thinner than the original one (about 80% of the diameter of the original), but otherwise exactly the same. Does anyone know the reason for the difference? The replacement probably came off an import, but a TT or N/A? Maybe all imports have the thinner Bar? Or, was the spec changed for the series 2? I am interested/concerned as to whether the TT needs a stronger and more rigid bar because of the HICAS or extra weight. I doubt I will notice any difference, but but I may corner with more confidence if anyone can enlighten me!
  5. Cheers John. I did not contact Luke as his website only mentioned a Radio plate, and not a pocket. I will give him a try, but at present can't get hold of him, - perhaps he's on holiday. Graham.
  6. Has anyone bought the Centre Console Pocket (to replace the stock CD Head Unit) from Courtesy in USA. If so, does it fit snugly, or is it better to save the shipping cost and just buy a universal pocket from Halfords, which does not seem to fit exactly?
  7. Thanks Andyd & Devil. I tried Courtesy & another stateside supplier & they couldn't match the UK part No., so I presumed the spec was different. Looks like I'll have to go with a rebuild kit, but not my first choice.
  8. Thanks Andy; have already spoken to Mike, but don't want used, or a rebuild kit. Silvia Engineering are also out of stock.
  9. I urgently need a new Brake Master Cylinder for my 1992 Uk spec ZX, but Nissan UK have none in UK or Holland depot, which means a THREE week delay!! No-one else seems to have one. Does anyone know of another source?
