  1. I bought from off eBay (US). Not cheap but excellent work and then sold my old one. here is a link
  2. There are plenty of articles if you search around. I know they are on the US and Australian sites. Yes, I removed the tweed before I did the suede. I used a product call "Quik Grip" but I don't know if that is available in the UK under that name. It is not hard - just take your time.
  3. Having replaced my seats with leather, I liked the look of the perforated leather centres and decided to get rid of the suede interior pieces I fitted a few years ago. I took off the suede and covered the panels with the same perforated leather that is used in the seats. I was fortunate to be able to contact the manufacturer and have them send me the same leather. Went from this To this
  4. My FPR failed and I was told that they usually leak fuel into the vacuum side. When I removed the vac hose while it was running there was a little bit of fuel there. Replaced the FPR and all was well.' Tony from Oz
  5. I like it but I think the shipping out to Oz would be a bit harsh... Tony from Oz
  6. Bonnet strut works well for me And here is the link to the How To Tony from Oz
  7. I used dielectric grease which is what was suggested in a tech article on TT.net. I have had no probelms at all since using it and before I had idle issues. Tony from Oz
  8. Thanks for the comments. I am very happy with clusters. As to how they look in the dark I haven't had a look yet but as the lighting is the same I don't think there will be much difference from the stock ones.
  9. I have fitted new speedos that I bought over the Christmas period. My N/A, got a Z Sport And the turbo got an Ab-Flug 330 kph This is the first Ab-Flug one I seen, are they common? Checked both against a GPS and they are accurate. Tony from Oz
  10. I made them Neil. Here is the link to the thread. Tony
  11. Done some more LED work and changed my clear side indicators from this to this I think it looks better than the single globe. Not too hard to wire up, done in four sets of four LEDs. Now they match the rear ones Tony:cool:
  12. Here is a great artcle on refurbing the cargo blinds Click here Tony:cool:
  13. Thanks for the positive comments. I cannot take credit for the Plasti-Dip as that was Greavous' idea on the US site. The LEDs are mine though and I am half way through doing the front set for the fenders (or wings as you call them). Cheers Tony:cool:
  14. I lived in malaysia for three years and plan on retiring there. Great palce, great food and great people. Good idea taking the Zed. Good luck Tony from Oz:cool:
  15. No mate I did not dilute it. I am not near the can now so I cannot read it but I do not recall it speaking about diluting it. The product is also available in non spray liguid and I know that the instructions on that one talk about diluting if necessary. But in short you do not have to worry about getting some thinners through that little hole:rofl::rofl::rofl: Just spray it on:hyper::hyper::hyper: Tony:cool:
