Buying from Courtesy Nissan
Hi, All Just need some advise on buying parts from Courtesy Nissan, Is there any hidden charges i.e. Import tax etc. I need to know as they beat my local nissan dealers prices. and realy don't want to pay over £200 for a con-rod when Courtesy Nissan can do one for $132.53 (about £82.5090) (25% discount for TwinTurbo.Net Members) and I also need some other parts like a piston, ring set, main shells and big end shells as well as a engine rebuild gasket set. Thanks people Mathew P.S. If anyone has a second hand piston/con-rod for sale please, please drop me a line. redstar@redstarinc.freeserve.co.uk

Not Very Happy
Sorry to hear about your bad luck mate, hope you get everything sorted, and good luck with your leg. Not sure if the police will do much, I had the same thing happen to me a while back with my volvo, some little b*****ds ripped the mirrors off and smashed one of the wings in, and every time it happend all PC Plod would say was that they had to catch them in the act. Anyway I hope you leg gets better soon and happy birthday.

HELP Floods killed my Z
Thanks BlackZX, I must admit I did think I was the only one round here with a Z but I was wrong. anyway I'm still striping the engine, god what a nightmare, but am haveing a little hassel at working out how the zorst manafold unbolts from the head I can get all the nuts except the one behind the turbo on the left hand side, (Trying to remove the heads) but cant seem to see it. BTW the engine is still in the car (I was going to remove the engine then strip it, BUT my oldman says its best to strip the heads off first then remove the block from the car). Anyway thanks for the offer of help I may take you up on that. Mathew P.S. Where abouts are you, and how's the best way to contact you? Thanks again.

HELP Floods killed my Z
Just finished removing the timing belt covers, the cam belt is in one bit, so my old man has decided that the problem is the top end not the bottom end as there is a knocking from the top when the crank is turned. Dose anyone know how to remove the inlet manafolds, as we can't work out how to remove the wireing loom without damaging the injecter plugs? Thanks ppl Mat
