Any recommendations as to where we should take our L reg zed please? We live in Woolwich in SE London & we need someone to look at the car & help us work out whether we should fix her or break her up :(

Any recommendations for where we should take our zed? We thought Zen Garage but their contact details seem to no longer be here. We live in Woolwich, SE London.

Our L reg zed has been running in safety boost & we wanted to get it checked out but can anyone tell me if it's ok to drive to our nearest specialisr garage 60 miles away or would it be better for us to get it towed? Any ideas as to what's wrong with the car & what it might cost to fix it?

A patch of lacquer & some paint has come off the bonnet of our dark grey zed. It's about the size of a dinner plate! Not sure why....it had been parked under a tree for many months without being used so.... If anyone has a theory as to why it happened as well as advice about how to fix it (will we need to get the whole bonnet resprayed, cost, where to do this etc) I'd be very grateful! Thanks.

You know what? It seems that 16" tyres have come back in vogue now! I posted this thread because about a year ago we couldn't find anyone who could replace the standard tyres so splashed out on some different non-stock alloys. Looks like we can pop the standard ones on for selling on the car! Cheers!
