bill wallace is amazing... i can do my splits... so i am pretty flexi... just wanna maintain/improve beyond the level i am at now... ive been more flexi b4... just wanna get back to that point... but then i was stretching on a daily basis.... minimum 30 mins a day.... now i stretch 2 hours a week max... i am gunna change that lol... just cant seem to touch the wall behind my head with either foot no more.... close but not close enough! lol

i traced the seller. lol. but he was a member on here. and it recently got sorted. but i reported item not received, and coz i paid via paypal i logged a dispute there. but canceled it as i finally got item.

i waited 2 months b4 i got an item off ebay lol.

if u sent postal order u will have the house number too? go knock on. get ya money and refund for fuel if not wrap a bat round his head and take the item :D

Ive been working for Barclays for about 6/7 weeks now in the mortgage lending centre and and if your re-mortgaging with the same lender, they generally, not always do what they refer to as a 'desktop' valuation which takes a few hours, they use a company called Esurv and they don't even need to visit your property. These valuation are not always exact however they seem to be pretty accurate, with new House Purchases they instruct a full valuation as the lender wont invest money into a property if it may have structural damage etc etc. With re-mortgage they know that a proper survey would've been carried out by themselves most likely to eliminate risk initially. Like i say, not always but generally i've noticed that Barclays i guess other lenders will use same system just use the 'desktop' method on re-mortgages. Hope that helps lol.
