I got mine from Watling Engineers near StAlbans http://www.tow-bars.co.uk. Cost me £128 twelve months back, It doesn't look like the one in the link, it fits under the bumper/valance of my UK spec TT. Its not kitemarked though (so officially illegal) but it pulls my 1.8m x 2.2 :) m trailor OK!.

Yeah, thats what I thought, esspecially after a quote of £45 + VAT fo a second hand one. The labour can be high, it took me 4 hours to get mine out then about the same to put it back. But I'm not a mechanic and I labeled each cluster of wire's, taped the fasteners to the item removed from and had several coffe breaks !. You can do it without removing the dashboard, but on manuals (like mine) you have to remove the pedal box. Jef T at Z-World has just done one like that.
