    Odd. I tried to log in to mine and it was ok. It started on the "http://www.paypal.co.uk/uk" page, then when I clicked on the Log In button it went to "https://www.paypal.com/uk/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_login-run" page with my email filled in for me. All normal.
