    Hi buddy I had this problem and ended up removing most of it, but then had to take my box to PC world for them to strip out the rest with a master disc that they have.

    A neighbour and close friend competed in this about five years ago. Didnt get to the final but got on the tv, the huge ' Stumpy ' all four foot ten of muscle, from Barnsley.
